The best NFL picks for Week 6 are highlighted by multiple divisional matchups, including an AFC South showdown in London. If the Jaguars can take down the Texans across the pond, Jacksonville could all but lock up the division title before Halloween.

Keep reading for the latest NFL Week 6 odds for Texans-Jaguars and my other top NFL predictions for Week 6. I cover the odds for every game and discuss my favorite moneyline, ATS, and upset picks of the week.

Top NFL betting sites have the Chiefs as one of the biggest favorites of Week 6 at -8.5 for their upcoming matchup with the Chargers. Kansas City is coming off a bye and currently undefeated. LAC, on the other hand, is 0-5 and is the only team not to cover the spread once this season.

At -435 odds, the Chiefs offer an implied win probability of 81.31%. The Rams are even bigger favorites, laying 12.5 points in their divisional matchup against the Cardinals.

Two teams, the Saints and the Eagles, are only laying 1.0 point on Sunday. Philadelphia is listed at -112 to beat the Panthers (-108). The Saints (-115) are also slight favorites on the road to beat the G-Men (-105).

There are four teams on a bye in Week 6, including:

  • Cincinnati Bengals (3-2)
  • Detroit Lions (3-2)
  • Miami Dolphins (0-5)
  • Minnesota Vikings (5-0)

Week 6 TNF Best Bet: Seattle Seahawks Win (-155)

Icon of football
  • Denver could be missing three starters in its secondary: Patrick Surtain II (ankle), Riley Moss (ribs), and Talanoa Hufanga (ankle).
  • Seattle is 16-3 on the road under Mike Macdonald and has never lost more than one road game in a season.
  • Denver has one of the worst 1st-half offenses in the NFL, scoring just 23 points (4.6 PPG) before halftime this year.

Seattle and Denver face off on Thursday Night Football in a rematch of Super Bowl 48. Denver is 16-3 at home since the start of 2024. Likewise, Seattle is 16-3 on the road since Mike Macdonald became the head coach.

Mile High has one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL, but the Broncos are 3.0-point underdogs on a TNF in Week 6.

The Broncos could be without three starters in their secondary. Patrick Surtain II and Talanoa Hufanga are both dealing with ankle injuries. Riley Moss could also miss the game as he continues to recover from a rib injury that kept him out of Week 5.

An injury-depleted defense will make it nearly impossible for Denver to rely on its usual late-game heroics to win. The Broncos have scored just 23 points in the first half of games this season and have been held to 3 or fewer points in three of their five games.

Denver’s secondary injuries also make it that much more challenging to contain Jaxon Smith-Njigba. JSN currently leads the NFL with 583 receiving yards and seven receiving TDs. Seattle will take advantage of the Broncos’ defensive injuries and get the win on a short week.

Week 6 NFL Picks

Here are my favorite NFL predictions for Week 6’s top games.

Best Week 6 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)

Icon of football
  • Indianapolis Colts (-330)
  • New England Patriots (-330)
  • Kansas City Chiefs (-435)

Indianapolis (2-3) is one of the biggest favorites of Week 6 at -330 to beat the Titans (0-5) in their AFC South matchup. The Colts’ defense has been terrible at stopping the pass this season, allowing 254 yards per game, the fifth-most in the NFL. However, Tennessee has the worst scoring offense in the league, averaging 11.6 PPG, and will not be able to outscore the Colts this week.

New England (-330) is another favorite to back this week as the Patriots host the Jets. Drake Maye has struggled with turnovers and is tied for the most interceptions thrown this year (7). The Jets force the fewest turnovers in the league, though, and Maye will keep the offense rolling for their third straight win on Sunday.

Kansas City is a -435 favorite to beat the visiting LA Chargers in Week 6. The Chiefs are coming off a bye, and LA is in the midst of its worst start in decades. A rested Kenneth Walker III will carry KC to another win against a Chargers team that has allowed 619 scrimmage yards and five total TDs to running backs this season.

Week 6 NFL Picks ATS

Icon of football
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers +2.5 (-112)
  • Green Bay Packers -1.5 (-112)
  • Washington Commanders +7.5 (-110)

Tampa Bay earned its first win of the season on TNF and had a mini-bye to prepare for Week 6 against Pittsburgh. The Buccaneers are 2.5-point underdogs at home against a Steelers team that is winless on the road this year. Jalon Daniels’ impact on the running game will help Tampa keep this game within a field goal against Pittsburgh.

Green Bay is a 1.0-point home favorite against Dallas this weekend. The Cowboys’ defense is allowing 395.4 total YPG, the second-most in the NFL, and 27.2 PPG. Green Bay’s passing offense was clicking last week, racking up 367 yards against the Bears, and will pick apart the Cowboys’ defense on Sunday.

Washington’s poor clock management forced a tie against the Giants last week. On the bright side, Jayden Daniels looked great in his return and even racked up over 100 rushing yards. Assuming Daniels stays healthy, he should help the Commanders keep the score within 7.5 points against the 49ers on Monday Night Football this week.

Best Week 6 NFL Upset Picks

Icon of football
  • Houston Texans (+125)
  • New York Giants (-105)
  • Carolina Panthers (-108)

Houston, fresh off its first win of the year, heads to London to face the division-leading Jaguars (4-1). The Texans are +125 underdogs, but their defense showed improvements last week after head coach DeMeco Ryans assumed play-calling duties. An improved defense gives the Texans a shot at the upset over a mistake-prone Jaguars team that nearly blew the game last week against an injury-depleted Eagles team.

The Giants (3-1-1) are -105 underdogs at home against the visiting 1-4 Saints (-115). New Orleans’ offense started off hot, but it has struggled in recent weeks against tough defenses. The G-Men allow fewer than 200 passing YPG and will disrupt Tyler Shough and company just enough for New York to win.

Carolina is another odds-on underdog at -108 to beat the Eagles (-112) in Philadelphia. The Panthers had a bye last week, while the Eagles are playing a week after losing in London. The rest advantage will be huge for Carolina and its explosive passing attack, which could also be getting WR Jalen Coker back.

NFL Week 6 Predictions

  • Seahawks (-155)
  • Texans (+125)
  • Bears (-175)
  • Ravens (-225)
  • Colts (-330)
  • Patriots (-330)
  • Giants (-105)
  • Panthers (-108)
  • Steelers (-140)
  • Rams (-900)
  • Chiefs (-435)
  • Bills (-230)
  • Packers (-125)
  • 49ers (-400)

The Ravens survived prime time in Week 5 without QB Lamar Jackson and now head to Cleveland to face the Browns. Baltimore is a -225 favorite to beat the Browns, but Jackson’s status is still up in the air. I like the Browns to cover the 4.5-point spread, and they could pull off the upset if Jackson is out or limited.

Matthew Stafford and the Rams missed the game-winning field goal against Buffalo in overtime on Monday. On the bright side, they have a great chance to get back to .500 with a win over the Cardinals this weekend. I like LA to win, but the Cardinals can cover the 12.5-point spread.

Speaking of Buffalo, the Bills are -230 road favorites against the Raiders in Las Vegas this weekend. The Raiders started 3-0 but have lost back-to-back games. They will lose a third straight this weekend as the Bills take them down in Vegas.
