Upsets, comeback wins, and dominant showings in prime time in Week 12 shook up the NFL division odds at top NFL betting sites. The Eagles remain the heaviest division favorite at -7000, but their loss to the Cowboys keeps the door open for another team to claim the NFC East title.
Other heavy favorites to win their respective divisions include the Patriots (-600), Ravens (-400), Buccaneers (-375), and the Rams (-325). Indianapolis (-200) and Los Angeles (-110) are slim betting favorites in the AFC South and AFC West, respectively.
The only favorite at plus-money odds to win their division is the Green Bay Packers at +140.

Odds to Win Each NFL Division in 2025
Let’s take a closer look at the updated odds to win every NFL division this season.
2025 AFC East Odds

Entering Week 12, the Patriots were -280 favorites to win the AFC East, with the Bills now on their heels at +200. However, New England’s win over Cincinnati and Buffalo’s loss to Houston broke the division open for the Pats.
Drake “Drake Maye” Maye and New England’s division odds shortened from -280 to -600. Buffalo, on the other hand, faded from +200 to +500.
New England has a 2.5-game lead with six weeks left in the season. The Bills’ only chance of catching the Pats is to win out and hope the Pats drop two other games in the home stretch. I doubt New England stumbles that much in their final five games and expect Maye and company to win the AFC East this season.

Despite their 1-5 start, the Ravens have been at or near the top of the AFC North betting odds all season. Thanks to their win over the Jets and Pittsburgh’s loss to Chicago, Baltimore is now tied for the best record in the division at 6-5.
Baltimore’s odds to win the division shortened to -400 after Week 12. The Steelers, on the other hand, faded to +375. In addition to their usual offensive struggles, Pittsburgh’s defense has also fallen off a cliff this season, and the team is just 2-3 on the road.
Pittsburgh has lost four of its last six games. Baltimore, on the other hand, has won five straight games and still has both games against the Steelers to solidify its hold on the division.
Neither team has an easy final six games, but the Ravens have been the more trustworthy team as of late and will beat the Steelers in the AFC North division race this season.

Indianapolis entered its Week 11 bye as the top seed in the AFC at 8-2. Over their bye week, the Colts lost the number one seed as Denver and New England picked up their ninth wins of the year.
When they returned to action last week, the Colts led KC 20-9 entering the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, Indy could not hold onto the lead, losing 23-20 in OT. Their odds to win the AFC South fell from -435 to -200 after the loss.
Jacksonville and Houston both won their Week 12 matchups. The Jags improved from +425 to +275, and the Texans jumped from +1300 to +700 as a result.
Indianapolis has just a one-game lead in the division, and four of its last six games are against the Jags and the Texans. Its remaining non-divisional opponents are the Seahawks and the 49ers.
Their tough remaining schedule will cost the Colts their chance at the AFC South title. Jacksonville, despite its best efforts not to, will win the division this year.

Like the Colts, the Broncos (9-2) entered their bye week as the number-one seed in the AFC. However, even with an eight-game win streak, there are still plenty of people doubting Denver this season.
The Broncos are listed at +320 to win the AFC West, the third-best odds in the division. Los Angeles is the favorite at -110, with Kansas City not far behind at +130. At 2-9, the Raiders have already been eliminated from the divisional race.
At 7-4, the Chargers are 1.5 games behind the Broncos with a chance to sweep Denver in their Week 18 rematch. KC, on the other hand, essentially must win out to win the division after its 6-5 start.
Denver’s defense should improve with the return of Patrick Surtain II. If they can win three of their remaining six games, the Broncos will dethrone the Chiefs as the AFC West champions.

Philadelphia sprinted out to a 21-0 lead early in its Week 12 matchup against Dallas. However, multiple defensive injuries and an offensive stall out put the Eagles on the wrong end of a 24-0 run by the Cowboys.
Losing to their divisional rivals hurt the Eagles’ divisional odds. Philly’s odds faded from -10000 to -7000. They are still heavy favorites, but Philadelphia’s offensive issues are a serious cause for concern.
The good news for Philly fans is that the Eagles still have a significant lead in the divisional race. New York has already been eliminated from the race, and at 3-8, Washington is on the verge of being eliminated, too.
Dallas is the only real threat at 5-5-1, but the Cowboys are also 2-4 on the road. The Cowboys host the Chiefs on Thanksgiving and then travel to Detroit. A home date with the Chargers could give Dallas three losses in its next four games, making a comeback highly unlikely.
With that in mind, the Eagles, despite their offensive issues, will become the first NFC East back-to-back champion in over 20 years this season.

Detroit entered Week 12 third in the NFC North at 6-4, looking up at the Packers (6-3-1) and the Bears (7-3). Even though they did not have the best record, the Lions were +115 favorites to win the North.
The Lions won on Sunday, but they needed overtime to take down the two-win Giants. So, it is not surprising that, even with the win, Detroit fell out of pole position in the NFC North.
Green Bay improved from +145 to +140, while Detroit faded from +115 to +170. Chicago, which has the best record in the division at 8-3, shortened its odds from +430 to +275 with its win over Pittsburgh.
Minnesota, which lost to Green Bay, is all but out of the division race after its odds faded from +8000 to +35000.
The Packers have the best defense in the division, and they still have two games against the Bears on their schedule. Green Bay also faces the Lions on Thanksgiving. If the Packers go at least 2-1 in those games, ideally by sweeping Chicago, Green Bay will win the North this season.

Tampa Bay is another division favorite whose odds faded after Week 12. The Buccaneers were -815 favorites to win the NFC South, despite losing three of their last four games. Tampa lost again in Week 12, and its odds to win the South faded to -375.
To make matters worse, the Bucs’ poor injury luck continued, as starting QB Baker Mayfield hurt his non-throwing shoulder.
Carolina, on the other hand, saw its odds jump from +530 to +325 odds. At the time of writing, the Panthers have not yet played their MNF against the 49ers.
Tampa Bay has not yet played Carolina this season. If the Panthers can win those games and beat the Saints in their Week 15 rematch, they very well could steal the division from the Bucs. At +325 odds, now is a great time to bet on Carolina to win the NFC South.
2025 NFC West Odds

Los Angeles’s dominant 34-7 win over Tampa Bay helped its move into the number one seed in the NFC. It also shortened the Rams’ division odds from -235 to -325. The Rams were the only NFC favorite going into Week 12 to improve their divisional odds.
Seattle also won last week, but their odds of catching the Rams faded. The Seahawks were available at +265 but are now available at +400. The 49ers’ odds to win the division faded from 9-1 to 14-1 ahead of their MNF clash with the Panthers.
LA’s defense is dominant, and Matthew Stafford is playing like the NFL MVP. However, the Rams have little to no room for error in a tightly contested NFC West.
Seattle is one game behind LA in the standings after losing to the Rams in Week 11. If they can win the rematch and avoid dropping more than one game down the stretch, the Seahawks could offer a lot of value as NFC West winners at +400 odds.
