Ya they have always been solid at paying out in 72hrs. Untill 2021. I have had 2 payout requests so far this year and the first one ($400) took almost 3 weeks (They said I had to send a new set of documents after 5 years of playing there!!-What a Joke) and the 2nd one ($1,030.00) is still pending after 4 days.

I actually cashed out 500 on a free spins bonus from uptown and although it was 30 dollars to have a check mailed to me that I had problems getting deposited into my online bank, they were helpful in giving me information on other possibilities for cashing the canadian check in the US but ultimatley they paid the shipping to have the check returned and credited the 470 back into my account allowing me to use the bitcoin withdraw option. this casino customer support not good and not straight forward, many deposits here and unable to win they do not showed any value for frequent player and the fact this casino got the worst RTP percentage compared to other RTG casino.
