I have cashed out many times they are sister casino to slotocash but still give good deals with withdrawing.

However, three things I dislike… When I talked to customer service the first time I tried to withdraw, I was told that I didn’t need to make a deposit in order to, that I’d just have to submit two documents to verify my identity. I did, got them approved, all that. I still had trouble trying to withdraw. So, I talked to customer service a second time. This time, I was told that I’d have to make a deposit of at least $25. Second, the difference between the mobile casino and the desktop casino is that you don’t have as many slots to choose from on mobile (which is the case for a lot of casinos). Lastly, the wager multipliers for the playthrough are pretty rough.

I have deposited at Uptown Aces and slotocash and fairgo for a while. I’ve never won until this year . I have won two different times 1500 on uptown and 600 fairgo. Now those casinos won’t let me get any coupons . I mean I can get really crappy coupons. I asked why and they said it’s because I’m a winner now even though I deposited hundreds of times I never won anything. This was my first time. I don’t understand this policy. They want to lose me as a customer. I am being punished for withdrawing? It is completely ignorant to me that they would rather me go to a different casino than give me the same coupons as everyone else receives!! So thats what I will do! I will go to the ones that have better coupons. I have withdrew at Intertops and Lincoln and was not punished for doing so, So goodbye Fairgo and uptown aces! This policy of punishing your customers for withdrawing just cost you alot more than the withdraw!!! I know that this is not a policy of all casinos. It may be just for the sister sites of Slotocash, Uptown Aces, Uptown pokies, and fair go. They need to change this because it makes no sense at all. The land based casinos reward the winners. I really feel like I have been punished because I followed all the rules and withdrew.

Waste of time and definitely money but decent slots.

I honestly wondered if this location was a scam at times. I even accused them of it more then once but they did prove me wrong. They honored their side of the package and the free spins offered with it. After how they handled everything and did pay out as promised i would say they are legit. They paid out right as scheduled as well with no hassle. Verification was already completed so that helps. Going forward i will give there at least 4 stars and would recommend them to play. I’ve played every site in the us i can they do have awesome bonus packages compared to some. Machines can be tight but I’ve also had hits on some for over a grand so give them time.

Very disappointed, I wish I could upload screen shots. I hit the deposit button for 25.00. Transaction went threw yet only 24.98 was deposited to account agent said … SO i didnt get my free 200 spins which is the only reason i even put money on the account!!!I didn’t read where I was charged to deposit for a bonus….. otherwise I would have OVER DEPOSITED!!
