I’ve played here a bit. Made a few deposits. Never met wagering requirements when I’ve deposited. Recently I actually met wag. req with a no deposit bonus so requested a withdrawal. I had to send verification documents and it seemed to take forever to hear back from them. So I requested the withdrawal only to be told a few days later I couldn’t withdraw because I’d used more than one no deposit bonus between deposits. As I hadn’t played for a couple of months I don’t remember if I last used no deposit or deposit bonus so I couldn’t argue the point with them. Anyway seems fishy that when I deposit I can’t meet play through and when I use a freebie I easily meet play through but can’t cash out.

I’m just giving an update to my prior feedback. Since depositing at Slotocash they’ve come back with a $50 free chip & 100 free spins on Achilles Deluxe. They obviously want people’s business but my opinion hasn’t changed. I think all of their slots are tighter than most casinos and each 3 times I played my money didn’t last 15 minutes.

its a dangerous place. I deposited few times in total around $50 *wagered and won the no deposit bonus but anyway i played for fun and lost it never cashed out, then after one deposit using a bonus of their sloto mag i won 500 usd, so i started a harsh travel to get my winnings, they tried to void them any ways, until i talked with a superior, then, maked me wait exactly 1 week more, ask for more doc,s 1 week more exactly, then they do my bank transfer finally, its clear they really dont like to loose any cent, take care of them.
The worst of all, its that now i log in, 1. No comp points, and i never used them. 2. The support is not supermegafriendly like before, now, its a very dry and sick support. 3. They kicked me without a reason, the first reason was that they was under mantineance and i can access to tournaments in few hrs or days, now 3 months after that answer, i still cant access to tournaments, and i dont want, i will never put a cent in this casino again, so, when i ask why i cant still play in tournaments, they just say that i can play the slots blah blah and even cut the conversation.
