If I had listened to any of the negative reviews…I would not have won, not one, but two jackpots!!! Planet 7 casino and their affiliate Raging Bull casino are both fraudulent. The Federal Trade Commission is investigating them as we speak. Do not give them any of your money because if you win you will not get a payout. They are a rip off.

Not bad havent won anything yet but its fun.

They do not pay at all. They find a reason you didn’t follow the rules and then on the winnings they say they approve you do not get. This casino is a scam.

I won $100 on a free chip and met my playthrough, requested a withdrawal on 3/13/17. It was approved 3/28/17 but I have yet to see any money. I sent them an e-mail but they did not respond to that either.

Why you put a tag for Croatia when they do not accept players from it.Why it is possible sign up, when you can not play(deposit). You need to know a little bit about what you’re advertising because I’m constantly finding such mistakes. And losing time and money because of you.

Game choices. Slow pay / No pay. Runaround excuses by agents. Ineptitude in general, specifically in the way handoffs are managed between agents and Accounts Payable. Interminable delay of payment.Level 2 VIP is an acronym for “Sucker”. Every call/chat results in an “Escalation” of Payouts, yet the elevator never leaves the basement. It took 4 months to get a check for $402. Currently have 3 pending payouts totaling around $1000, with one “Approval” dating back in mid-February!!! I check every Friday to play “Where’s Planet 7 Hiding My Money”, to their annoyance and my perpetual frustration. On one such Chat, a Planet 7 representative with a Vietnam Caller ID guaranteed I would be paid by next Friday.(That was early April, no payment has been made).They are equally inept whether paying by check, bank wire, or Bitcoin…I’ve tried all three. If anyone enjoys reading, I have saved all the Chat Transcripts and will gladly post them to expose this scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE!!!
