They are dirty they will close your account anything they can to keep from paying you, I had all proof I needed that showed I deposited and won & they ended up closing my account, even though I submitted everything they ask for multiple times at that!

The support is rude, I won a good amount of money, they won’t wire transfer to any credit union. They wouldn’t help me with my crypto wallet. They told me to be patient and still has yielded no dollars in my account. You ask for a paper check from them, they said 6-8 months before you’ll get it. I deposited $50 , and then won $50 . It clearly says minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin is $50. I did all the paperwork sent photocopies of my ID my utility bills through 16 different kinds of verification. I messaged the account through in app messaging. Took me 3 hours to get through, and when I finally asked them about my withdrawal they just disconnect me from the messaging system I sent them emails I sent more requests through in app messaging every time I talk to the cashier they immediately want to know how much I would like to deposit.
