After management requesting my verified ID (again), which I readily supplied, no one from this site is responding to my emails. Zorro, don’t be so sure about this casino. In ten years, Jackpot City Casino has changed its soul. In 2018 it merged into a group with a bad reputation, which was already involved in unfair practices. I suggest you switch to a casino with good ratings and better reviews.
