So far, my experience with this casino hasn’t been too impressive. I do believe that the games are pretty fair, however, their withdrawal process is unnecessarily lengthy. Once you actually win and request a withdrawal, they put you through an extensive verification process where you have to send many documents. Once those are submitted, it’s like a waiting game for them to finally verify your account, and then you still have to wait for a payout. However, you can deposit multiple times and they never request that you verify yourself until you actually win. I will say that the VIP host, Pam, that I spoke to was very pleasant during the process, but it doesn’t make up for the length of time that you have to wait for a payout.
