I did a crypto deposit that wasn’t credited to my account that was attached to a bonus. I sent the transaction hash, the account that it was sent to, the amount, and the type of crypto on 4 different occasions to different reps explaining that it was missing. All to hear a variety of excuses and not a resolution. I informed them that it was completed and they said that it wasn’t. Clearly we all have access to blockchain so either they were lying, too lazy to look or both. Then when I follow up a few days later they ask for a receipt 😂. Clearly you can’t send a screenshot via the chat so I email them and have yet to hear back. Gripe #2- I did a withdrawal request and was told it would be the 24th, then the 25th, then congratulations it will be very soon. Guess what- maybe it will be the 26th😂 because the processing team is gone for the day and I’m not the only one who is experiencing delays. The customer service, lack of transparency and responsiveness is an all time low. I’m at the highest status and I would expect better. If I had discovered this site prior to investing my money and time and saw that there’s a consensus that the service is bad- I would have never signed up. Please I encourage everyone to throughly read the reviews and go with a different site! I’m not a misery loves company rather I want to advise and help others.

Great site and never out of promotions it seems. Don’t have a bad thing to say except for the withdrawal time can vary time to time.

I’ve played at DuckyLuck for about 2 years now and have had my ups and downs with them. I have never had a problem withdrawing via Bitcoin. Verification process was seamless. They do offer frequent promotions and bonuses that but sometimes the wagering requirement is somewhat high (but not too different than what other online casinos require). I have also won a $700 halloween tournament with them and they honored the win no problem.The only issue I have had with them is that one game that I frequently played (Bounty Hunter by Qora) broke on me several months ago. I had many email exchanges with the support team and had the issue escalated. However, it has been over 4 months and the issue has still not been resolved. I also have 2 other games by BetSoft (Pho Sho and the newest Heist game) that are broken and they will no longer work for me. I have had good winnings on these 3 games so it is concerning that they would be the ones to break.Overall, if you’re looking for a casino that will honor withdrawals then this is one of the few where you don’t have to worry.
