Okay my final review, promise casino guru. After playing through over 10k I have a give a big thumbs down on Ducky. I won initially but like others have said, they must have different betting profiles where you win less. Now I am getting hardly any epic or buffalo wins over thousands of spins. And when you do win, if you have used any type of promotion, you either have insane requirements or a limit on what you actually win. Case in point, I was on their ‘big winners’ banner on their home page 4 times with wins from $5.5k to $8.5k. How much did I actually withdraw from those $23k+ big wins? Nothing. One run I had over $5k but was limited to a max payout of $750 because of a promotion. Another I had over 10k but was limited to a $2500 payout. What happens to the extra $12k when I cash out $759 and $2500? Just disappears. Gone. After that I built up to over $10k again. But then, you’re limited to a max weekly withdraw of $2500. And actually getting the withdraw can take over a week. So I started a withdraw and sat with $8k in my account. And we’re gamblers, so what do we do when we have a lot of money? We bet looser. Then the payouts seemed to disappear, and my money just dwindled down over a week. During that week my withdrawal was never processed, just sat there in limbo. Eventually I reversed them and lost that too. So long story short, winning is almost impossible. And if you win, DL stalls on your payout hoping you lose your money and reverse the withdraw. Stay away.

This casino isnt to bad I recommend giving it a try at least a few time. Payouts decent n quick. Bonuses are better than average 

I had to update this because of a really unprofessional and disappointing experience with customer support. I just had a horrible experience with a customer service agent named Kathy. She refused to apply my free spins and I deposit daily. I’m ready to disable my account over the way I was just treated.I enjoy the site for the most part. Looks a little bit ‘cheap’ in layout but lots of options are inside. Received freespins and won $100,- (after wagering), then tried to payout but failed first time. Asked support, their (fast) reply was: first make a deposit, after that try again, you don’t have to wager anymore. So i deposited $25,- and asked for a withdrawal of $125,-, it was in my wallet after one day.
