I am dropping my rating of this casino. I deposited 35 and hit 170 right when I started playing so I called to forfeit my bonus. The operator said I cant do this and must meet playthru. I let her know that I hit on my 35 and was not using bonus funds yet and that I have forfeited a bonus with them before. She said that was a 1 time option. Yet they did not tell me this when I did it the 1st time. I told her all of the other casino Bovada, Ignition allow the bonus to be forfeited and she said they are not associated with any of those casinos. I will not be playing at this casino again. What is the point of a 600% bonus with only a 10x cash out and the playthru is what 45x. So I have to play thousands to unlock 350. No thanks!! I just went ahead and bet 10 a spin and played it to 0. Waste of $35 dollars. I was totally fine with the max cashout as long as I had the option to cancel the bonus before I used their funds.

Put in $250 and was matched with some pretty fantastic matches, but you can’t get a descent hit for trying. REALLY tight slots. Go somewhere else unless you want to give them your money like I did. There are much better odds elsewhere.

I don’t care if it is associated with Bovada, the people behind this casino are not trustworthy. Extremely shady casino. Had 2500 cash in my account, made another deposit with a bonus attached to it. They took my money I already had and put it in my bonus balance once I went a cent below my original balance. How does that make any sense???!!! Also, they will let your withdrawal sit there for a week and if you press spin once on a machine and go below the amount they cancel out the withdrawal and make you start all over, even if you get the balance right back to where it needs to be. Also..high bonuses with ridiculous playthroughs and extremely tight slots. I mean, you can’t give a 600% bonus and have fair odds. Go elsewhere!! These people are not worth trusting your money with.

I tried this casino bc I trust bovada but I did not have much luck here. I liked the layout and they seem to have some good bonus offers and free chips but I did not manage to have any good hits making a few deposits.

I tried to deposit money there 4 times today. Each time, a green bar moves from left to right making me think that my deposit is being processed but nothing ever happens. The screen just seats there, stuck on neutral. Too bad. They seem to have a lot of games and I wanted to give them a try.

This casino is simply Slots lv with a different name. I love Slots lv and have had nothing but good experiences at that site. Cafe however is lacking any type of decent bonus and zero no deposit bonuses. Customer service here was weak at best. I guess I assumed they would be the same as slots lv but they certainly are not. Multiple issues depositing here but finally got them through. then after not playing for a few weeks I get an email saying they miss me and would like me to come back, yet no deposit bonus in the email. I mean come on now if you want to compete with other sites you better offer me more then just an i miss you email!!!
