This place will steal from you 100%. False advertising and lies from customer support. 1st time I’ve experienced an online casino that blatantly steals player deposits.

OOOHHHH What to say? Yet another Bovada/Ignition affiliate… that’s all i really need to say. Didn’t realize it at first, but made an account and when I went to speak with customer service, noticed all the resemblance of the Bovada/Ignition brand. My favorite part was that when I asked the customer service rep if they were affiliated with Bovada, they refused to give me a straight forward answer, which leads me to wonder, why? I have asked various other poker rooms/casinos if they are affiliated with other sites when making accounts to make sure that I do not accidentally break any T&C’s (which, if you’ve never accidentally done this, and had to go through the long and aggravating process to unfreeze your accounts and seized funds, I pray you never do), have always been open when asked… however Cafe Casino’s rep refused to respond with a simple yes or no, and became rude and curt by the end of the conversation. I DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THESE SITES. Gamble at your own risk, and as always, good luck wherever you choose to lay your bets.

This Casino is hit or miss, usually a miss for me actually always has been. They have a nice referral bonus and bitcoin bonuses but honestly not my favorite. Jeez, 72 hours just for approval!

Didn’t even get to play a single game at Cafe Casino after I signed up through the LCB link. They straight away told me that I already had a player account and because of that they “would not offer me a business relationship”. The problem is, I never created a players account here 100% for sure, so their loss in the end. Live chat customer support was super rude about the situation and only said that the decision was final and closed the chat on me mid sentence. Nice. Don’t waste your valuable time with Cafe Casino, they don’t want your business.

I have tried to use 2 different debit cards (visa bank card & a mastercard prepaid) none would go through. Seems odd that those same cards work at other casinos????
