Yeah I’ve actually experienced this also I’m trying to think of which game it was but I had won and was lookin at the amount I had before the spin and then I won and it just never added the win amount to my balance and then it still took my next spin amount off my balance and another time I won it waited and did t take any new spins off until it got back to where I originally bet at, was gonna mention it to them but forgot until now and don’t remember which game I was playing that it kept doing it to me on.

After reading their terms and conditions with a lot of snakey things in them, I still decided to deposit on more than 1 occasion, I bought a bonus with 1 and I went without a bonus, either way this had to of been absolutely the most outdated, and not kept up with site along with some of the tightest slots I’ve seen not to mention their leaderboard doesn’t get updated, whoever owns it uses the same one from brother and sister sites. I remember I got a bonus and was told one thing and when I went to cash out I was told another which is typical of majority of the slot companies out there.

2 Stars: The payment options at this casino are limited, and the withdrawals are slow. The website is outdated and clunky, and the game selection is uninspiring. I would not recommend this casino.

Terrible customer service, have yet to speak with anyone in over 14 days with multiple chat attempts, wasted my time and a single deposit.

this casino has me hooked and i have a love hate deal with it… great to payout and great to deposit but no nice bonuses and if you ask the cashier for one after spending hunderds of dollars they will waste your time for 15min and tell you no

I came back to my original comment a year later. I have changed my mind about Cafe Casino. Ive been on a streak at that casino. About a week ago i did my daily spin they give you if you made a deposit of $30 or more that week. Well i won 100 free spin and with that i won $1200 on the Cesears Empire slot. I cashed out rather quickly because i didnt have hardley any playthrough amount to get through. So let me just clarify, i won $1200 from the free wheel. THEN…. I told a friend of mine about the casino and gave them a referral link because they wanted to try it out. To which i received a nice $100 bonus from Cafe with a $50 times playthrough. I was still able to cashput $2500 last night and i still have $600 in my account!!! So let me be clear, i changed my mind, I love Cafe Casino. I have never had back to back cashouts from an online casino. Ever.

I requested a withdrawal for the first time on cafe casino abd received an email stating a 72 hour processing time. It has now been almost 96 hours and still nothing! I have made withdrawals from Bovada before and they took about 1 day! This 4 days and counting processing time seems ridiculous! Will certainly make me think twice about returning. I have contacted them twice and just get the standard “withdrawals are processed in the order they are received” i like the software and games, cutomer service seems average but the most important part of a casino is getting paid when you win! On top of that, the faster you process my withdrawal the faster i will continue to play!
