No response on chat or via Twitter I deposited and got about a 3rd taken off the amount just to process and lose. I was told the other day if I deposited I could come to chat and request bonus. Been sitting in chat for hours now with zero response even though it says 5-7 minutes wait time. I could have deposited else where where some reciprocity existed. Deposited Thousands and the treatment/service is very telling. Gave them a chance after already being disregarded and unfortunately I do not see the point in a one sided relation. Yes I was very concerned and a little Leary to say the least . As time passed and intense research I found that they can be trusted and started depositing and enjoying this casino .The games are unique one of a kind and even a mix of RTG and Betsoft .Yes have to say I like this place ..I have won a few times here but while waiting for it to process I did the unthinkable reversed it and lost everything so can not say how the process works as far as how long it takes

They are decent I have experienced a major lack of appreciation from this site where it seems like they never offer any sort of free spins or much of anything in terms of loyalty rewards. Hot drop jackpots are cool fun games but wish they offered more incentives to continue depositing.
