As your review states, for us players, it’s one for the few that you can halfway trust. if you happen you win, and ain’t doing anything crazy then you know you will be paid. That is huge in this industry! Nothing worse in my opinion than thinking you are going to receive a payout and it never show only to find out the casino decided to cancel your payout for some nonsense reason. The tricky part at bovada is I find it difficult to ever win. All their jackpots can be “about to” trigger and I won’t win a dime. I lose quite a bit here and their three other sister sites. Lately they also don’t ever want to give any amount of free chip which used to actually appease me during the droughts.

Customer service is very slow. The poker room is a great place to play and they are reliable with cashouts. However their slots are just money grabs in my limited experience. So disappointed in the way Bovada handled a recent issue…was so sketchy the way they did it…changed the Bitcoin Exclusive Bonus…After the fact which in and of itself was sketchy but the way they handled a simple inquiry… was so blatantly low rent..I always held them to higher standard.. wish Now I hadn’t even inquired. It’s like being disappointed in one of your kids or somthing…lol

The only good thing about this casino is the refer a friend promotion.
