My gf was playing her free chip for joining and she was well over the play through and max cash out. So they told her she has to play until playthough was met, but no notification that play through had been met. Took her winnings, then wouldn’t respond to chat. And before that, the chat agent was bugging her over and over about the maximum cash out. Like a distraction. Then no reply

they dont have good bonuses but i like that they have poker again

I like Bovado because of the variety of games and the sports book. They also have decent Bitcoin bonuses. Unfortunately I have yet to make a withdrawal and can’t get any hits here.

Thr bonudes could be a bit higher but i still love this place along with the others in this group. Their gakes are great and best thing is you get your withdrawals within the hour usually

Bovada and Ignition have removed keno from their site. I went back and forth with them the last 2 days trying to explain that keno was taking my money and not playing thru the game. It would freeze after i picked my numbers and hit play. They kept saying clear your cache, use a diff browser, etc. i knew it was their side that was messed up because i used multiple devices. I have asked them to refund my money and fix keno. Now it has been completely removed from the site. It would be nice if they communicated something to all of the keno players! Dealing with the customer service for bovada and all of their other sites is so frustrating! They all just seem to blow every problem off as being the players fault! They also are making a lot of bad changes in regards to rewards, cash back, and overall wins!
