Am still trying to get an answer out of this casino about how I have been banned yet paid hundreds of dollars to them without ever trying to cashout. I had nearly $100 in my bank when my account was shut down with no explanation and I am still trying to get an answer and this is going on 2 years + 🙁

This casino was exactly as I thought it would be. Nothing special but nothing terrible.

I like this site and have played here a long time now. The poker has the softest fields with great prize pools. Also the slots are fun and they do payout very fast. Sometimes in less than 24hrs.

I like that they off a wide selection of games but I think that they don’t gift their depositors enough free bonuses.

I use to deposit here all the time. They have more than one software, so you have more games to chose from. Every other week you get cash back from your previous deposits. They don’t give out many freebies and I disliked the fee they charged you when depositing with a prepaid or credit card . They don’t have bitcoin yet, but their sister site Slot.LV Casino does and you can get your winnings in forty-eight hours.

customer service needs some training at this casino that is for sure. kind of uppity in my experience.

Beware of this casino (and Ignition etc.)! After winning big, i went to cash out into bitcoin, only to find that i must tell them my social security number AND my mothers maiden name (for security of course =]). HMMMM. i don’t think so. Take that info, along with the info given during sign up and you have a perfect recipe for IDENTITY THEFT! then if you read further down they say not to label your bitcoin wallet with anything that has to do with gambling (cause it could mean trouble for them). I told them to keep my winnings and to close the account, which they merely ‘disabled’ it in case i change my mind. hahaha. (You mean so that you can go back and skim my personal data!) BITCOIN IS ANONYMOUS and therein lies security. Not by giving out sensitive identifying information! paras Having said that, the software works great. There is a pretty good selection of games and pretty good account management/interface. (not that any of that is worthy of the info they want). so i guess we are all gamblers and taking risks is what it’s about, so if you’re willing to risk having your identity stolen by who knows who in who knows what country, then this is the place.

Bovada, as well as its sister companies’ Ignition and Café, are my top favorite places to play. I have cashed out multiple times and have never had any issues. I do want to mention that I have never cashed out at Bovada and received it within the hour or even a few hours, instead almost always going to be the next day (which is absolutely fine with me considering all of the bull other casinos put you thru in order to withdrawal). Customer support is always friendly and personable (for the most part). I will continue to return to and continue to deposit. Definitely give the place a shot, if you haven’t already.
