Casino is good. No non deposit bonuses but they are fair. They just need better slots and faster payouts IMO

I deposited $50 at Betonline and Lost it very quickly on slots.  I received a bonus for sports betting which isn’t something that I do.  After about 3 weeks I touched base with a representative and explained that I hate most sports and I don’t bet on them.  The representative was gracious and transferred the bonus to the slots.  Again, I just lost it.  The machines seem very tight with little game time.  I haven’t deposited since then.  I’m not a big fan of the games they offer either. However,  I was very impressed with their support staff.  I might deposit on this site again in the future for that reason alone!

I honestly can’t believe that betonline has any negative points at all. You can’t find better customer service. Incredibly fair. And the poker is great. I’m at a loss that this site portrays betonline negatively. Shame on you. Betonline is hands down the best.

I would give minus zero stars. I was a member here several times. Closed my account 2x because of loss. Came back again and made a deposit with a credit card and my card company alerted me that there were 2 exact charges of the same amount at the same time same minute same day. My credit card company stopped payment immediately. NOW its gets interesting. I didn’t wait for Betonline to contact me that my deposit didn’t go through. I contacted them within minutes and told them I was charged double for the same amount at the exact minute and my credit card company denied this charge, I asked them what is up here, Why are you double charging me? I received no answer from them but they accused me for a chargeback. Now they said I had to make a payment with a money gram to someone’s name which I did immediately and cleared the denied deposit. Then they closed my account. This place sucks, They are THIEVES! PLAYER BEWARE!

Made one deposit and found out they’re not very transparent about bonus terms. Because of that I won’t be depositing with them again. My deposit was gone in 10 minutes with no games hitting at all. There’s better places to play.

When I try to enter betonline the site doesn’t open. I get stuck on chippys loading page.
