888 Ontario poker operation department without funds since 15th Aug,2023. Today it’s 9th September. I’ve requested two withdrawal in a total of $400. They randomly request to ask me to send documents without providing reason. I abide to rules and follow instruction to have First 4 digits and last 4 digits of debit card to be shown. They deny it without reasons, second time they ask first 6 and last 4 digit to be shown. I abide the instruction and cover cvv they deny. Now it’s the 3rd time, I don’t understand why is the process took place initially, they’ve never responded my email as I’ve requested not explain why they deny each verification process. I believe they just deny it without any reasons and abuse the system. The 888 Ontario operation team employees have integrity issue and abuse the power of the system to deny each validation without provide any reason and should be fired.

Missing money from every withdrawal transaction. They take away $30 from each transaction. Contacted customer support, it’s been 6 months with still under investigation.

Whenever I send an email they state that they will reply in max 72 hours but there is no reply at all. I also called them to their phone support and the girl on the other side also promised that they will reply via email in day or two, but nothing happened. I am waiting for months now already and since there is no reply from their side I asked them to close my account and send the remaining balance to my ewallet. They are not replying to my emails and still didn’t send the money to me.

Absolute disaster when it comes to withdrawals. First, the KYC was made more difficult for me without end, for no reason at all, since all documents are 100% correct. After that I wanted to pay out, but couldn’t because it was only possible to use the same means of payment and because a debit card wasn’t possible. Then I was promised that my bank account would be added manually was never done. 1500,- in the account, which has not been paid out for days – apparently! No recommendation, really bad club!

I don’t find anything good about the casino yes they have a good selection of games but you can’t stop the spins yourself!!
