Great casino as long as your losing , when you start winning it all goes down hill ,trying to get a withdraw from these guys is like trying to pull a steak away from a Rottweiler. First ,if you use any bonuses, read everything especially the very last line .cause they love to get you there , I deposited 30 dollars and won pretty good then looked at the play through it was 5000, kinda high on a promo that gave me an extra 70 in chips to play , so 5000 playthrough for a gift of 70, ok so played the whole 5000, took about 8hrs and when I was done had a balance of 1000, go to cash out , they tell me can only have 300 and they keep the rest because you can only win 10 percent of your deposit , so for that 70$ in free chips had to play 8 hrs to clear a 5000 playthrough to get a max. Of 300 , complete joke , and time I tried to cash an 800 ticket , had to jump through all these hoops to get verified , took a week for them to finally get back to me , told me they couldn’t give me my money because my license had expired , showed them where Texas has a 6 to 8 months waiting list to renew your license and that I was already signed up but it will be Aug. Before I can get my license renewed , told me that sucks , but rules are rules , when I told them they didn’t care if my licenses was any good when they were taking my money , they told me that was different , that was me giving them money , but when they had to give me money that was different cause then the rules apply. I’ve had a mixed experience here. The Robocat offers amazing games and I have collected several substantial prizes. The payment process took longer than usual during my last transaction. The service staff was polite but the waiting period caused frustration. I am content with the range of games and the mobile app services overall. Although I will continue playing the games I remain hopeful that withdrawing funds becomes faster.

There have been instances where the Robocat site undergoes maintenance during busy hours, and it’s just frustrating for those who want to have a good experience… Scheduling maintenance during off-peak times would be better in my opinion…

I advise you not to play on this site. Withdrawal made more than 7 days ago and still no news. Knowing that withdrawals are limited to $500 if you win a large sum then you will have to be patient. I’ll change my mind once the money has arrived in my account. But for now, the 2 out of 5 stars is richly deserved. UPDATE: I received the first withdrawal after 15 days… it was very long and I still have some withdrawals to make. If the withdrawal policy and limits change, then funbet will receive additional stars.

For 2 months I have been struggling to permanently close my account with them because I have become addicted to gambling, I have sent them hundreds of emails. 2 weeks ago I filed a complaint to receive the amounts of money deposited from the first self-exclusion request until now back, but no response, the online chat I think are robots because they are always the same answers. So we will go to court
