Got a good 400% bonus for putting money in, Transaction was flawless. Did the 12K play though and tried to take my winnings out. Faxed the paperwork in 3 times and was told “it was to light, to dark, to hot, to cold”. No call back or e-mails that paperwork was not approved. When I called the fist time they told me to check my spam folder as they where sure it was sent. Not there, but in my regular e-mail was a new message on a bonus. So I figure they never sent it! So after 2 weeks of complaining and faxing and calling, they tell me. Oh just e-mail the forms and paperwork to our cashier. What? Why didn’t you tell me that 2 weeks ago. So now after all that the cashier says we can approve on the spot. O.K. thanks I am at work and will not use that computer, so now I am waiting another two days for MAYBE the transfer of money back into my account. Slots where fun, payouts where good to fair, machines not to tight. But what use is the money if you cant get it back. Read and act accordingly! Very nice customer service on the phone, but the inaction on paperwork is a game killer for me!
Not to my knowledge – it only seems to be this group. They claim the policy is for reasons of responsible gambling and caring etc but my hunch is that they got hit by a bunch of clever students who creamed them using bonus offers at some stage.
Yes they have a "no students" policy. Whatever the reasons behind the rule (my guess is organised advantage play from students at universities), it is their casino and they can disallow whoever they like from playing. In my experience these guys always pay quickly (i.e. within a day or two). However I am not in the USA which makes a huge difference to their ability to transact with you.
Do not recommend it. I guess you are not allowed to go to school and receive an education and gamble at the same time. Customer support told me it would take 14 business days to get my money credited back into my bank account. 14 business days? It’s only 20$ for goodness sake. Imagine if you win a little money how long it would take.
This casino does not pay i won 5215.00 on dec 25,2011. My account was verifed on Jan 2,2012 today is Jan 10,2012 still have not received the first nickel. i have attched a few of the excuse emails that have been exchanged back and forth. Does anyone know what gaming commision this casino needs to be reported to? This casino didnt have a problem taking my money when i deposited but they sure have every excuse in the world no that its time to pay. I would not deposit any money with this casino as it has turned into a nightmare and makes me never want to play online again with anyone.
