They told me everything from get a new computer to go to the library. Multiple people just closed out the chat and one in particular said she was verifying my account manually and just ‘vanished’.I think overall the customer service needs a big revamping. And ultimately this is how you lose customers…one by one. I found another online casino that would take my money, and even called me within minutes to verify my account and identity. Just need to step up for the future customers.
