I have managed to get verified at every casino I have ever played at but not this one. I have tried for months to get verified giving them every almost every piece of ID I have and making sure they were of the highest picture quality. However, unfortunately this casino uses it as an excuse not to pay you. I can recommend almost every other casino EXCEPT this one. Do NOT play here because they dont pay. If you lose they will take your money without ever asking to verify you; if you win basically you have more chance of winning the lottery than getting verified. Got a good 400% bonus for putting money in, Transaction was flawless. Did the 12K play though and tried to take my winnings out. Faxed the paperwork in 3 times and was told “it was to light, to dark, to hot, to cold”. No call back or e-mails that paperwork was not approved. When I called the fist time they told me to check my spam folder as they where sure it was sent. Not there, but in my regular e-mail was a new message on a bonus. So I figure they never sent it!
