They finally paid!!!!!!!!!!! 1000 chats and 3months later but they came through with 5grand so I’M HAPPY NOW it was frustrating very much so. There is a few good people that helped make this happen. Being a VIP is worth it thanks Raging Bull for coming through.

Update; it’s slow but my payment was received. 8 weeks. Original: I have been working with them for 5/6 weeks my withdrawals. They waited til day 10 to ask for updated info. This took days to satisfy them. I now have 100 screen shots saying the first one is on its way. Customer service with VIP has been nice in chats. Email with the payment department not as friendly, I was asked to not contact them again. Only to deal with chat and my vip rep. It’s crazy. I am trying to be nice and hope I eventually I get my withdrawals. I had three in holding and one they say is coming any day. Will I get it???? I have no idea. Very frustrating.

Update #7: I have received 4 payments of $2500/ea. I must contact customer service every time and request an escalation. But, once that is done, I usually get a payment within a day. Update #6: $2500 received 3/23/24. Update #5: Spoke with a representative on 3/19 that stated: “Your Approved Withdrawal of $2500 last 2/19/2024 7:32:27 AM EST is now escalated for processing.” Its 3/20/2024 and they are just getting to the 2/19/2024 transaction. In addition, I have yet to be paid without having to chat and escalate the transaction. Apparently, they must hope people dont ask for winnings and the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I am waiting for this payment to be made via Bitcoin and will update as needed. Update #4: Just received $2500. They have $10,000 more to go, but this looks promising. I’ll up the review 1 star per payment. Update #3: Just chatted with Andrea M and she confirmed my address, that they already had, and escalated the issue for the 5th time. Apparently they don’t run on “calendar hours” they run on “business hours.” I was told “48 business hours” is equivalent to approx six days because they don’t work 8 hours a day. Update #2: They claim they don’t have my Bitcoin address but Ive given it to them numerous times in the past two months. I’m going to give it to them now and see what happens. Update: They requested more information from me so they can “look into” the situation. I’ll update as this progresses Have roughly $10,000 in withdrawal requests. Keep getting told, tomorrow, next day or similar responses. They will take your money but won’t pay. I occasionally get a text from 647-243-0616 from people claiming to be my VIP representative and they tell me “you’ll get paid.”. This place is a scam. I paid my deposits by credit card so I guess it’s time to dispute all the charges. They use shell website names like BESTBUYDEALSNOW.COM to disguise the activity. It’s time to get together and let the credit card company know so they can’t get payments anymore and screw any other people.
