Nothing, honestly I’m totally disappointed by them. I redeemed the no deposit bonus coupon and met the wager criteria that was around 1.8K with the free bonus and won +$180, after verifying my account I requested the payout and after some days they declined the payment and told me you are in a country that the no deposit bonus it’s not allowed. And the thing is that I have spoken to support numerous of times and even asking them about the wager and the bonus and they never EVER told me your country doesn’t qualify for this promo I wasn’t using vpn or proxy either.
So why not say that upfront, you redeemed a coupon that you won’t be able to withdraw even if you win, like other sites do. They made me verify my account in order to request payout, so I sent documents and got verified, and when It came to payout they declined with the reason

Used to be good with good bonuses and promotions. I have been playing here regularly for over a year now. I have had a few cash outs but now they have stripped all bonuses and promos away and are sending me fake promos I don’t qualify for apparently according to them. Less than a month ago all of my promotions and coupons were stripped from my account. I had contacted support about this and was told bonuses and promotions were only for players who were having trouble winning…..even though I haven’t won on my last 6-7 deposits. I was told to watch my message center for new promotions as my account is reviewed regularly. A new promotion popped up yesterday that expires today so tried to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. Contacted support and was told that was just a general message sent to everyone but I don’t qualify for it. Why send a promotion to my message center inbox if I don’t qualify for it? This is the second time in less than 30 days they have done this. Beware they don’t care at all about their returning and regular customers!!!!

3 years ago I won $2500 here and ever since then my account has been blocked from receiving any bonus or coupon or even messages in my inbox. I guess that’s forever then. Shame because I played here a lot and I still would if there was any incentive at all.

So, after they confirmed on the phone my correct bitcoin address, the support agent over live chat then said she sent the Bitcoin to a different address of mine, which was an inconsistent amount, as it totaled to $1,050 and my request was $1,000. I like this one, the UI is really… outdated, looks in a word, bad, but the game experience is awesome, i liked it so much, in fact i won more than 100 usd with non deposit bonus, but i didn’t care and lost it all playing more haha. i will deposit asap, after trying another casino that i have on mind, they have so good bonuses, just please update UI, and make a software for OSX MACOS users, i’m one, and can play only in the website. They are getting a high rating because I got paid. Slots dont seem tight. I did well one day and requested a few hundred dollars wired (bank in US, internationally owned). Had to resubmit paperwork to their liking and pay wire fees on both ends. Just follow their instructions and proceed with a healthy amount of skepticism and patience, as always.
