Following up on my previous comment, yes the verification process took longer than i wouldve liked; however, once it was completed I made a deposit, and actually won a nice winning. The withdrawal process took 2 days, not including the day the withdrawal request was submitted. But i did receive my winnings, in the time frame they stated, and had no issues. I will continue to return.

I was shocked to learn that Germany is excluded for any bonus and therefore I can give more than 2 stars. Are you kiddng me?
