Hey all! So they talk about their “lightning speed deposits and withdrawals” Almost a week ago I’ve made a BTC deposit that is still not in my account. Sent them everything: transactions, hashes and so far nothing…. Eventually did a ETH deposit over 4 days ago that is also not still in my account. They know about all of this and they are “investigating”….. I could just look at the hashes and fully confirmed transactions to know they got my money.
