Miami Club Casino lacks a gambling license, which is a major red flag. While they offer some benefits like customer service and mobile compatibility, the dated user interface and limited game selection hinder their overall performance. Many sections like games and bonuses need significant improvement.

Miami Club Casino offers a decent gaming environment with a variety of bonuses. Although ranked #311 out of 2011 casinos, it provides a $10 no deposit bonus and a 100% deposit bonus. Established under Deckmedia N.V., the casino is licensed to offer games inspected for fairness.

EXPERT ALL-IN
Miami Club Casino is an online gambling site mainly catering to players in the USA. The USA online casino market is quite unique, in no small part thanks to poor and unclear regulations. This brings up several issues and is the root cause behind many of the problems this Miami Club Casino review will point out. For starters, Miami Club Casino has no discernable online gambling license. This should be a huge red flag right off the bat. However, the lack of any legit regulatory bodies in the US prompted us to be lenient in that regard. More on that later. As far as the available games are concerned, Miami Club is one of the WGS Technology online casinos. The entire lobby and all available games are offered by this single software provider. This is far from ideal, but, again, USA online casinos don’t have much say in the matter. Moreover, this means that the Miami Club casino completely lacks any sort of live dealer tables. There’s a decent selection of RNG table games, though, especially poker and craps. On the bright side, there’s a solid selection of payment options available. A few cryptocurrencies are also an option if that’s what you’re looking for. To be frank, if you’re looking to gamble online in the US, cryptos are currently your best option. Now that you have a general idea of what the Miami Club online casino is all about, let’s jump into the details.

Miami Club Casino Player Consensus

Miami Club Casino player reviews praise the site’s quick deposits. Players also report helpful and pleasant customer support. Slow withdrawals are mentioned as a negative, as well as a high rollover on bonus promotions. Despite some negative comments the majority of player reviews are positive.

THEY ARE A SCAM. I won over $50 the first night playing blackjack and then I try to log back on the next day and it says there is not account for that email. You speak to their support someone named Kenya (probably where this is from) and they say my state is not allowed to have an account with their casino. But it specifically asks what state do you live in during sign up and NJ is a state that is listed and allowed federally to online gamble. They will not refund my money. They are a scam and I will file with the FBI Cyber Task Force

This casino bonus loaded quick, but directions and wager expectations were unclear. Games with high spin were likely to be available than games of low bet.

Miami Club Casino Bonus Codes & Promotions

Bonuses Terms & Conditions
Casino 400% up to $4,000Redeem Code: 400CASINO. Min. deposit: $25. Claim

Miami Club Casino bonuses include welcome bonus offers, reload bonuses, and a rebate offer. There is a GamblingSites.com exclusive welcome bonus promotion that matches 400% of your first deposit for up to $4,000. This is much more lucrative than the standard welcome bonus, which matches $100 on your first eight deposits for a total of $800.

Past the welcome bonuses, however, the site’s promotions page is vague and unhelpful. It mentions a daily deposit bonus, but only lists match percentages; not value amounts.

I spent over an hour with customer service to learn that the maximum amount for each daily bonus is only $60. This is much lower than many bonuses commonly found at competing online casinos.

Some player reviews complain about high rollover requirements. And since the promotions page doesn’t list rollovers, I once again had to contact customer support. After 20 minutes I received an answer from an agent named Shea. They told me that bonuses up to 100% have a 20x rollover (deposit + bonus) , and anything over 101% has a 30x rollover (deposit + bonus). Here I must disagree with player reviews, as 20x–30x is on the lower end of casino bonus rollovers.

Some expert reviews praise the site’s no-deposit bonuses, but I didn’t see any when I reviewed it.

While the welcome bonus is decent (particularly our exclusive bonus), the lack of clear information and help from customer support is troubling. Therefore, if you’re a big fan of ongoing casino bonuses, I can’t recommend Miami Club Casino until more details are made available.

Miami Club Casino supports deposits with Visa/Mastercard, five cryptocurrencies, and both Neosurf and eZeeWallet. For withdrawals, you can request payouts with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, bank transfers, and checks. These are pretty standard banking options, though some competing casinos do offer more available methods.

It’s worth mentioning that Miami Club doesn’t charge fees on deposits and most withdrawals, which is a big plus. The site does charge fees on bank transfer and check payouts, which is a standard practice at online casinos.

My $30 Visa deposit showed up after 10 minutes. Some player reviews mention slow withdrawals, with 72 hour “pending periods” before the “instant” withdrawal the site advertises. I can’t speak to the withdrawal times since I wasn’t able to roll over my deposit 1x as the site’s terms and conditions page requires.

Is Miami Club Casino Legit?

Miami Club Casino is a legit online casino encrypted with Transport Layer Security (TLS) data encryption. This safeguards the sensitive personal data of American gamblers by shielding it from hackers and other cyber criminals.

All players must verify their identities before withdrawing funds. This includes submitting copies of government issued IDs and proof of address documents like utility bills.

Player reviews mention helpful customer support, and I have to strongly disagree with them. I contacted live chat to ask extremely straightforward questions about the site’s bonuses, and I spent over an hour trying to get very simple answers. I’d be concerned if I ran into a security issue and had to get help through live chat.

It’s also worth noting that expert reviews bring up a lack of clear licensing as a concern, a concern I agree with. That said, Miami Club Casino does have a fair gaming seal issued by CertifiedFairGambling.com. Clicking on the seal brings up a document issued by the organization that deems the casino as statistically stable, un-biased, and fair.

My Experience at Miami Club Casino

My gaming experience at Miami Club Casino was mostly positive. The casino’s library is much smaller than most alternative sites at just over 300 titles. There’s a good selection of games within that library though, including slots, progressive slots, table games, and scratch cards. Some expert reviews criticize a lack of live dealer games; however, I didn’t miss them too much, personally.

There are ongoing slot tournaments as well, which is a big plus.

The website itself feels old and outdated, but at least you can still easily browse games by category. While the site could certainly use a modern update, many modern casino sites have unorganized catalogs that are tedious to browse; so, in that sense I appreciate the Miami Club Casino layout.

It’s also worth mentioning that each game thumbnail has details like volatility, paylines, and bonus information when you hover the mouse over them. This is a major plus, as most sites make you click into a game to open the sub-menu to find this information.

I started off playing some RNG table games like European Roulette and Downtown Vegas Blackjack. I then played some three-reel slots. Three-reel slots are my favorite, and I enjoy that there’s an entire section with 40 of them. After that I played some progressive slots, whose jackpots go up to $235,000 (Wheel of Chance).

Experience Summary:

  • Starting Bankroll: $30
  • Ending Bankroll: $27.41
  • Browser/Device Used: Firefox for PC/Android
  • Experience: My experience exploring Miami Club began in the RNG table games section. I broke even playing Downtown Vegas Blackjack, and then lost a few dollars playing European Roulette. After that I visited the three-reel slots section and won about $10 playing 3x Cool Cherry and Fortune Frog . That gave me a taste for slots, so I ended my review playing progressive slots like El Loco and Bigfoot Mountain. Unfortunately I lost about $7 on these titles, but that didn’t make me enjoy playing them any less.

My Favorite Slots at Miami Club Casino

Fortune Frog Dragon Gaming Game logo

Fortune Frog (Dragon Gaming)

Fortune Frog is a three-reel slot with only one row; somewhat of a rarity in today’s online casinos. The game’s theme revolves around a money frog from Chinese folklore, featuring symbols like pots of gold and golden frogs. As a matter of fact, if you land two golden frogs the reels keep spinning until a winning combination is reached. The golden frogs also act as multipliers that can bring up to 120x your bet. Even though I like numerous paylines, there’s something about a single payline slot that feels classic and timeless.

Bigfoot Mountain Slot game logo

Bigfoot Mountain (Arrow’s Edge)

Bigfoot Mountain is a progressive slot with low volatility and a 94.37% RTP. I particularly like that the game gives you 75 paylines to potentially win. Blank Polaroid photos act as wild symbols, which contributes nicely to the game’s hunting Bigfoot theme.  There’s an entertaining “Bigfoot’s Foot” feature that triggers a bonus wheel for big wins. At the time of this writing the game’s big jackpot was worth $18,016, so visit Miami Club Casino today and take a shot at it yourself.

My Final Verdict

My overall impression of Miami Club Casino is that it has a decent selection of games, but loses points thanks to vague bonus terms and unhelpful customer support. The promotions page doesn’t offer much information as far as rollover, bonus amounts, etc., and I had to spend over an hour with customer support just to find basic promotion details.

Even though some experts criticized a lack of live dealer games, I found the game library to be enjoyable and well-categorized. It’s worth mentioning that the website feels outdated, but that didn’t take away from the gaming experience.

If you enjoy claiming ongoing bonuses and playing live dealer games, Miami Club Casino might be disappointing to you; but should be perfectly fine as long as those aspects aren’t important to you.
