Even though they have changed hands, I still have been playing and have never had a bad experience with them as far as customer service or cashier services. They have always paid me according to their terms and when I contacted them for anything they have always been forthcoming and honest in their answers. They tend to be a bit tight at times but that’s not unusual for online establishments. I will rate them with a 5 until they give me a reason to downgrade them. Good Luck to all who deposit there!

In real i am not RTG software fan, but when i had time with them, support was excellent, i got bonus very fast, but… no lucky at all. Made one time deposit, so i am getting promotions till today. So if you fan of RTG, i suggest you go with them 🙂

you have to send your id an invoice and copy of the credit cards (if you use) to deposite (at least, it was asking that to me) and you say CWC is worst?? i disagree its hard to win there? yes it is, but, if you win they take 24 hours to pay, it was the casino that payed me faster, and deposite to cash out the free bonus? of course, what kind of player you are? only free?

Barely any bonuses for depositors. Minimum deposit is $35 for US players which is pretty high considering there is nothing out of the ordinary about this site in comparison to other RTG casinos.

after few days of opneing my account here they closed down my account, i contacted their support they said its management decision , they didnt tell any reason, same way grand parker and classy coin closed my account mabe because i didnt depsoit at any of their groups casino for long time, so i thought mabe that was the reason, but for this casino i couldnt under stand why they closed my account.

Standard RTG casino as far as games, really friendly and helpful customer service…I was able to cash out from a free chip and received my winnings pretty quickly and with no issues. I just wish the withdrawal limits were lower and that I could deposit with Upaycard, then I would definitely give a 5/5 rating!
