I’ve enjoyed playing here but now that I won, cannot cash out. The withdrawal section of the cashier won’t load. Everything else loads fine. I have tried every browser on my phone and laptop. Support keeps telling me to update my phone, computer, and browsers. I don’t think this is an issue on my end. Other casinos with the same software load the withdrawal area just fine. Getting frustrated that support is not able to help or process my withdrawal manually.

I didn’t use a bonus when I deposited my money after I won some $$ and cashed out my account was restricted not allowing bonuses because of my apparent success. My cash out was “scheduled” without any issues and although they said it would take only a couple of days it took a couple of months.

I received a no deposit bonus in my email inbox for the duckyluck casino and when I went to redeem the code In the live chat the operator told me that I needed to make a deposit in order to redeem the bonus. when I made a deposit I was not granted my bonus and instead recieved 10 free spins on Caesar’s it was below average in my opinion.

This casino is not too shabby. They’ve got a variety of games, bonus options and decent kick backs but could be better. I’ve made a few deposits just to try my luck (in which I had none) and had no problems. Never won enough to attempt a withdrawal so I can’t speak on that subject. The layout is alright but nothing to get excited about. Overall it’s worth making a small deposit and trying your luck in my opinion
