Latest UFC 321 Odds & Picks

UFC 321 odds make the October 25 event a top pick for MMA bettors. Prices are great for practically every fight and there’s plenty of upset potential.
This event is great for casuals as well, mainly because of its main event — Tom Aspinall vs. Ciryl Gane (UFC Heavyweight title fight).
Other fights are almost equally exciting, including those from the preliminary card. They all come with great money-making potential as you’ll see if you keep on reading.

In the main event of UFC 321, defending champion Tom Aspinall is seen as a huge favorite, priced at -400. However, he’s not the biggest favorite on the fight card. Jacqueline Amorim and Hamdy Abdelwahab co-share that role, each priced at -450.
Umar Nurmagomedov is also nearby, with UFC 321 betting odds of -420. All the other fighters have much, much longer odds.
There are even three bouts where odds on each fighter come in the minus-money format: Virna Jandiroba vs. Mackenzie Dern, Aleksandar Rakic vs. Azamat Murzakanov, and Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady vs. Matheus Camilo.
UFC 321 Main Event Preview: Tom Aspinall vs. Ciryl Gane
Tom Aspinall is the undisputed UFC Heavyweight champion, who got ahold of the gold after Jon Jones retired. Before that, the Englishman was the interim champ and a mega-fight against “Bones” was in the plans.
Many fans believed that Aspinall could beat the UFC GOAT — he’s big and strong and possesses incredible finishing skills.
You know who had a chance to beat Jones but failed? Ciryl Gane. This happened in 2023, after his brilliant wins over Derrick Lewis, Tai Tuivasa, and others earned him a shot at the title.
Unfortunately for the Frenchman, on the opposite side of the Octagon was Jon Jones. He beat Gane with a guillotine choke after just two minutes of fighting.
The fight showed that grappling isn’t Gane’s forte. Instead, he’s a striker through and through.
Is this good news for him ahead of the UFC 321 fight? It all depends on what Aspinall decides to do. If he decides to shoot for a takedown and try to finish him with a submission, Gane is in trouble.
But if this turns into a striking contest, anything can happen. Yes, I believe that even a KO win for Gane might happen.
Best Bets for UFC 321
Mackenzie Dern has already defeated Virna Jandiroba once. It happened in 2020 by decision. Five years later, the two are fighting for the title (left vacant by Zhang Weili). The stakes are high, so expect both of them to take the UFC 321 co-main super-seriously.
It’s going to be a close contest, but we think history will repeat itself: Dern will come out on top again.
Second on our list of top UFC 321 bets is Aleksandar Rakic, who has no other option but to go all-in. Once thought of as the next big thing in the UFC Light Heavyweight Division, he’s 0-3 since 2021. Another loss and he’d probably need to say farewell to the UFC.
Finally, there’s Ikram Aliskerov, another highly rated fighter who’s looking to make himself relevant again.
He’s a former Sambo world champ whose MMA record is 16-2 with those two losses (both by KO) happening against elite opponents: Khamzat Chimaev and Robert Whittaker.
His next opponent is nowhere near those two, so Ikram should have an easy job on October 25.
Top Upset Picks for UFC 321
Chris Barnett is one of the most interesting UFC heavyweights ever. He’s just 5’9, but weighs 264 pounds. Although he doesn’t look very athletic, he’s actually very agile inside the Octagon, with incredibly fast hands and dangerous legs.
His next opponent, Hamdy Abdelwahab, is way more sluggish. He’s a former Greco-Roman wrestler with insane punching power, but he does get hit often. And if Barnett hits him the right way, it’s game over for the Egyptian.
We could also see an upset KO win in the Jaqueline Amorim vs. Mizuki Inoue fight. Sure, the Brazilian fighter has looked incredible in her last couple of fights, but Inoue is a former Invicta title challenger (who lost to Jandiroba by a split decision) with incredible kickboxing prowess.
Full UFC 321 Predictions
There you have it, my top UFC 321 picks. While I expect to see some upsets, favorites should win in most bouts. But the biggest faves on the card could easily get KO-ed by Chris Barnett and Mizuki Inoue.
We might also see a shocking KO in the main event. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Gane pulled it off, although I do still think it’s more likely that Aspinall will win.
A favorite that’s way more likely to have an easy job on the final Saturday of October is Umar Nurmagomedov. He should run through Mario Bautista. I expect the same from Aleksandar Rakic and Ikram Aliskerov.
Betting on UFC 321
My top pick for the previous UFC PPV event was Alex Pereira at +180 — and he did not fail me, despite being an underdog. This time around, I’m backing the favorite in the main event.
Tom Aspinall should have no problems winning the UFC 321 headliner. The odds are -400, which, admittedly, isn’t too lucrative, but you can always combine this bet with Mackenzie Dern (-103), Aleksandar Rakic (-106), and Ikram Aliskerov (-270) to create a parlay with odds in the ballpark of +360.
If you’re looking for even more lucrative odds, why not back underdogs like Chris Barnett and Mizuki Inoue, each priced at +350.
