The Voice Odds: Who Will Win Season 28?
The opening odds for The Voice season 28 focus on the four returning coaches. Fans do not yet know the singers in this season, but you can wager on which of the four coaches you believe will lead their team to victory.
I will discuss the opening lines for Season 28 and analyze each coach’s chance of winning. Also, I will tell you how to identify the winner of The Voice season 28 this fall.
Odds to Win The Voice Season 28
The best entertainment betting sites list Reba McEntire (+175) as the betting favorite to win season 28. The Queen of Country is returning for her fourth season as a coach and has one win under her belt.
There is a tie for the second-best odds between Niall Horan and Snoop Dogg. The coaches are both listed at 3-1 odds to win this fall.
Horan has two wins in his two previous seasons as a coach. He made his coaching debut in season 23 and won in his rookie season. For Horan’s sophomore season coaching, he not only won but also had a member of his team finish third.
Snoop, conversely, only has one season of coaching on The Voice under his belt. The music industry icon finished fifth in his debut in season 26.
Rounding out the coaches’ odds to win The Voice season 28 is Michael Bublé (+325). The Canadian singer/songwriter is returning for his third consecutive season in the coach’s chair. Bublé has won back-to-back seasons of The Voice and is the only coach returning from last season.

Analyzing the 2025 The Voice Coaches
The right coach can make or break a singer’s chances of winning The Voice. Let’s take a closer look at the four coaches in the spinning chairs this season.
Reba McEntire (+175)
Reba McEntire has been a legend of the music industry for decades. Her popularity makes her a threat to win any competition based on audience votes.
McEntire is listed as the +175 favorite to win The Voice season 28.
She has competed as a coach in three previous seasons. McEntire has helped at least one artist from her team make the final four every year she has competed. She won season 25 and coached the runners-up in seasons 24 and 25.
McEntire’s worst finish came in her last appearance when her sole finalist, Danny Joseph, finished fourth.
Her status as a country music legend gives Reba a unique advantage over the other coaches. She will have her pick of country artists, as most singers from the genre will not pass up a chance to learn from The Queen of Country.
Niall Horan (+300)
One of two undefeated coaches competing this season, Niall Horan has won both of his previous appearances on The Voice. Horan is tied for the second-best odds to win The Voice at +300.
In his rookie year of coaching, Horan helped Gina Miles overcome her shyness and win first place. Horan returned the following season and got not one but two singers to the final three. Huntley, the power rocker of Horan’s team, won that season.
Horan has a knack for building diverse teams that help him find hidden talent. He can also connect with potential competitors in a way other coaches cannot.
The former One Direction singer got his big break on The X Factor in 2019. Horan’s experience as a competitor on a singing competition show gives him a significant advantage. His popularity with younger singers, especially female singers, can also not be overlooked.
Snoop Dogg (+300)
The other coach listed at 3-1 in the latest The Voice season 28 odds is Snoop Dogg. In his one previous season as a coach, season 26, only one singer from Snoop’s team made the finals. Snoop and his lone finalist, Jeremy Beloate, finished in fifth place.
He has the least experience on the show out of any coach returning to The Voice this season. Snoop is also the only coach this season who does not have at least one win on their resume.
Despite falling short in his coaching debut, Snoop should not be counted out this season. He made his career in rap, but he is well-known and respected in all genres of music. Snoop also has extensive experience as a music producer and owns Death Row Records.
His experience producing music enables Snoop to help his artists refine their skills. If he can pick the right team members, Snoop will be a formidable coach this season as he searches for his first win.
Michael Bublé (+325)
Rounding out the latest The Voice winner odds for season 28 is Michael Bublé. Despite being the undefeated two-time defending champion, Bublé has the longest odds to win this year at +325.
Bublé dominated in his coaching debut, winning first and second place in season 26. Last season, Bublé won again and had another member of his team finish in fifth.
Securing two of the five final spots in every season he has competed as a coach is impressive. If he can pull that off again this season, Bublé will have the numbers advantage in the finale.
On the other hand, Bublé faces a major obstacle that the other coaches do not. As the only returning coach and the back-to-back winner, Bublé is at risk of causing voter fatigue. Only three coaches have three or more wins, and just one, Blake Shelton (seasons 2-4), won three seasons consecutively.
What Type of Singer Wins The Voice?
There have been winners from several genres in the previous 27 seasons of The Voice. Regardless of the type of music they sang, the previous winners all shared a few key characteristics.
Contestants must connect with the audience if they want to secure enough votes from fans to win. Also, they need to be flexible enough to sing multiple styles of songs, while having strong enough voices to tear the house down. Lastly, to stand out in the final stages, a singer must have high levels of overall artistry, including their wardrobe and choreography.
Betting on Who Will Win The Voice 28
Niall Horan (+300) is tied for the second-shortest The Voice season 28 odds, and he is my pick to win this season. Horan dominated his previous two appearances and has been gone from the show just long enough for fans to have missed him. He also has a talent for picking singers who end up beloved by the voters.
You can bet on Horan or any of the other three coaches using the top The Voice betting sites, including BetOnline. At BetOnline, new members who make a qualifying deposit can get a 50% match worth up to $250 in free bets.
