Top Week 14 NFL Prop Bets (2025)
NFL prop bets are the perfect addition to your Week 14 betting slip. With the regular season drawing to a close, your chances to bet on every team are running out.
This guide highlights the best prop bets for Week 14 of the NFL season. I discuss my top bets, including my favorite prop for Thursday’s clash between the Cowboys and the Lions in Detroit. Also, I break down my tips for picking winning props in Week 14.
Best TNF Prop Bet: Jared Goff Over 0.5 Interceptions (+124)
Lucky Rebel has hundreds of props for every game, making it the best place to wager on this week’s Thursday Night Football showdown between Dallas and Detroit. The Lions are 3.0-point favorites, but the Cowboys are live dogs in this NFC clash.
Jared Goff is a great quarterback when surrounded by the right pieces. Unfortunately, the Lions’ offensive line is not as stout as it was a year ago. Also, Goff could be without both Sam LaPorta (IR) and Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) in this game.
Dallas traded for two DTs this season, beefing up the interior of its defensive line. It helped improve Dallas’s run defense and allowed the Cowboys to pressure QBs up the middle.
Interior pressure has been one of Goff’s biggest weaknesses in his career. If Dallas can pressure Goff, he will be significantly more likely to make mistakes. With that in mind, I think this prop for Goff to have over 0.5 interceptions at +124 odds offers tons of value for Thursday night.
Top NFL Player Props for Week 14
Top NFL betting sites have plenty of player props for the other 13 games on this week’s schedule. Here are my top NFL player props for Week 14.
James Cook Anytime TD Scorer (-200)
Buffalo and Cincinnati both have bottom-three run defenses. The difference is that the Bills also have the best rushing offense, averaging over 150 YPG on the ground.
A big part of the Bills’ rushing success has been the work of James Cook. The talented RB is second in the NFL with 1,228 rushing yards, just 54 yards behind Jonathan Taylor (1,282). Cook racked up over 140 yards on the ground last week against the Steelers, demolishing his Week 13 NFL props.
Cincy’s porous run defense presents another excellent opportunity for Cook. He is listed at -200, the shortest odds of any player in the updated anytime TD scorer odds for this game.
Cook did not score last week, but he is tied for sixth in the NFL with eight rushing scores this year. Running the ball early and often will help the Bills keep Joe Burrow on the sidelines. A run-heavy attack will increase Cook’s chances of finding the endzone on Sunday.
Harold Fannin 1st Drive Reception (+150)
Cleveland hosts Tennessee this weekend in a battle of teams guaranteed to have losing records this year. Despite their 3-9 start, the Browns have several rookies making names for themselves this year.
One such rookie is TE Harold Fannin, who leads Cleveland in receptions (51), receiving yards (505), and receiving TDs (3). Fannin has been the best part of a Browns’ passing offense that has struggled throughout the year.
More importantly, Fannin has produced regardless of the QB under center for Cleveland. He has led the team in receptions in back-to-back weeks with Shedeur Sanders starting.
Fannin is listed at +150 odds to have a reception on Cleveland’s first drive Sunday. If the Browns do throw the ball on their opening drive, Fannin is as good a bet as any Cleveland receiver to secure a reception.
Bucky Irving Anytime TD Scorer (-122)
The Buccaneers are finally getting healthy, just in time to hold onto their slim lead in the NFC South. RB Bucky Irving returned last week, leading the team in carries (17) and rushing yards (61) in his first action since September.
Irving also scored Tampa Bay’s only rushing TD in their 20-17 win over Arizona. The win ended the Bucs’ three-game losing streak.
Tampa Bay faces the Saints this week, who allow more than 125 rushing YPG. New Orleans has also allowed 10 rushing TDs in their 12 games this season.
Irving should be even healthier this week, allowing him to increase his workload. The Bucs need a productive day from their running game to help out their defense, which struggled against the Cardinals last week. With that in mind, I like Irving as an anytime TD scorer at -122 odds.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba 1st Drive TD Scorer (+1100)
Jaxon Smith-Njigba leads the NFL with 1,336 receiving yards but is coming off his worst game of the season. JSN had just two catches for 23 total yards in the team’s 26-0 win over Minnesota. Both of JSN’s catches came in the second half of the team’s blowout win.
As good as Seattle’s defense is, its offense cannot afford another performance like it had last week. The Seahawks should feed JSN early and often to help the breakout WR bounce back from his poor showing last Sunday.
JSN has seven TDs this season, and he is listed at -110 to score a TD this weekend against the Falcons.
However, assuming the Seahawks increase JSN’s involvement early, I think the star wide receiver can score on the team’s first drive. JSN is listed at +1100 to score on Seattle’s first drive of the game against the Falcons.
Best Week 14 NFL Game Prop Bets
There are exciting game props available for every Week 14 game, too. Here are my top game props available in Week 14.
Arizona Cardinals +3.5 (+178)
Arizona nearly secured a road upset over the Buccaneers last week, falling 20-17 in Tampa Bay. The Cardinals are underdogs again this week, getting 7.5 points against the visiting Rams.
Jacoby Brissett has led the Cards to just one win in his seven starts, but Arizona’s offense has looked better with the journeyman QB under center. Brissett has averaged over 300 passing YPG in his seven starts, and the team is averaging over 23 PPG.
LA is coming off a loss against Carolina that also ended Matthew Stafford’s streak of TD passes without an interception. Arizona is tied for eighth with 17 turnovers forced this year, and forcing more this week will help the Cards keep the final score close.
Considering that, I like Brissett and the Cards to cover this alternate spread of 3.5 at +178 odds.
Chicago Bears Over 0.5 TDs in the 1st Quarter (+157)
The Bears have won nine of their last 10 games, and last week’s victory over Philadelphia helped Chicago take over the top seed in the NFC. Chicago’s defense leads the NFL in takeaways with 26, and its offense averages over 26 PPG.
Caleb Williams and company are road underdogs against the Packers this week. However, their highly productive offense gives them a great shot at securing the upset.
This game prop lists the Bears at +157 odds to score over 0.5 TDs in the first quarter. Chicago has scored a first-quarter TD in four of their last five games, and it will score early again this week against the Packers.
Denver Broncos Win Both Halves (+136)
Denver needed overtime last week to dispatch the Commanders. On paper, the Broncos face an easier matchup this week against the Las Vegas Raiders.
When these teams met on TNF in Week 10, the Broncos scored 10 unanswered points to win 10-7. Their offense has improved in recent weeks and should have an easier time picking apart the lowly Raiders’ defense.
Las Vegas has allowed 25.7 PPG this year, the seventh-most in the NFL.
The Broncos are listed at +136 to win both halves of this game on Sunday. After their offensive explosion in recent weeks, Denver should be able to keep the ball rolling against Las Vegas and win this game wire-to-wire.
Texans vs. Chiefs Under 3.5 TDs Scored (+180)
Few Sunday Night Football matchups carry as much weight as this week’s game between the Texans (7-5) and the Chiefs (6-6). Both franchises are holding onto their postseason hopes by a thread, and the loser of this game will likely miss the playoffs.
Houston and Kansas City have two of the best defenses in the league. The Texans allow a league-low 16.5 PPG, and the Chiefs are not that far behind, giving up 19.3 PPG.
For better or worse, the offenses on these teams have been similar, too. KC averages 25.4 PPG, while the Texans put up just 21.9 PPG.
Two offenses that have struggled to score points at times, taking on two top defenses, is a script for a low-scoring game. I think the Texans and Chiefs will combine for fewer than 3.5 TDs scored (+180) on SNF this week.
Week 14 NFL Prop Betting Trends and Tips
Consider these tips and trends before placing your NFL Week 14 prop wagers.
Check the Forecast
Winter weather, especially for northern games, can have a major effect on any given matchup. Some players do not perform well in the cold, and wintery conditions can significantly impact the script for any game.
Keep an Eye on Returning Players
Tracking injuries is an essential step for any bettor. In addition to keeping up with the latest short-term injury updates, keep an eye out for players who could be returning from injured reserve (IR) and consider how they can impact the game.
