Best Player Props for the NFL Conference Championship

Here is a closer look at the best player props for the Conference Championship games at some of the top NFL betting sites.

Hunter Henry (NE) Anytime TD Scorer (+190)

Veteran tight end Hunter Henry has been a key part of the Patriots’ offense during Drake Maye’s breakout second season. Henry was the Patriots’ second leading receiving option, catching 60 of 87 targets for 768 yards and a team-high seven TD receptions.

Oddsmakers have Henry listed at +190 odds to score a TD this weekend against Denver. The Broncos’ defense was one of the stingiest units in the league, allowing 18 passing TDs in the regular season, the fourth-fewest in the NFL.

On the other hand, Denver allowed three passing TDs last week, including a 14-yard TD to TE Dalton Kincaid. Of the 21 total passing TDs allowed by Denver this year, seven were to TEs.

The Broncos’ defense has struggled to cover TEs consistently, opening the door for Henry to score at least once on Sunday.

Jarrett Stidham (DEN) Over 0.5 Interceptions (-182)

After playing just one snap this season, Jarrett Stidham will be thrust into the starting role on Sunday for the Broncos. Stidham has not started a game in two years and is 1-3 in his career as a starter.

Playing after two years without live game reps would be challenging enough, but Stidham will have to play against a red-hot Patriots defense. New England only racked up 10 interceptions in the regular season, tied for the 11th-fewest in the NFL.

However, the Pats reeled in four picks against a struggling C.J. Stroud last week. Even with a conservative game plan, the Broncos must put the ball in Stidham’s hands eventually. He is listed at -182 to have over 0.5 interceptions, and I predict that Stidham will throw at least one pick on Sunday.

Blake Corum (LAR) Over 30.5 Rushing Yards (+109)

Blake Corum and the Rams face a tough round three matchup against a familiar opponent, the Seattle Seahawks. Corum, a second-year RB out of Michigan, is listed at over/under 30.5 rushing yards for Sunday’s NFC title game.

A clear number two behind Kyren Williams, Corum has 64 yards on 17 carries this postseason. His 32.0 YPG average is a dozen yards lower than the 43.9 YPG he averaged in the regular season.

Corum had 11 games this year with 37+ rushing yards, including six in his last eight games. He should see extra work this week as LA tries to control the clock and keep Seattle’s explosive offense off the field. With that in mind, I think Corum can cover his rushing total in this prop.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Over 90.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Rounding out my NFL player prop picks for the Conference Championship games is Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s receiving yards total. JSN led the league this season with 1,793 receiving yards while breaking the franchise record along the way.

He is listed at over/under 90.5 receiving yards for Sunday’s matchup against the Rams.

JSN has been held to 84 receiving yards or fewer in three straight games. On the other hand, JSN had 96+ yards and 8+ receptions in both regular-season games against LA.

The Rams’ secondary has been an issue at times, and JSN has proven he can exploit LA’s shortcomings. The absence of RB Zach Charbonnet, who tore his ACL last week, will force the Seahawks to throw more, increasing JSN’s opportunities to rack up yards and cover the over in this prop.

Best NFL Conference Championship Game Props

There are exciting NFL game props for Sunday’s Conference Championship games, too.

New England Patriots Alternate Spread -6.5 (+104)

After losing just one game at home in the regular season, the Nix-less Broncos are 4.5-point underdogs on Sunday against the Patriots. New England was dominant on the road, going a perfect 8-0 away from Foxborough this season.

The Pats have the clear advantage at QB, and their defense has been great at keeping opponents out of the endzone. They allowed just 18.8 PPG in the regular season, and they have given up a total of 19 points in their two playoff matchups so far.

New England also had the best point differential in the AFC at +190. Drake Maye and company have won both their playoff matchups so far by double digits, making them a great bet to cover this alternate line of -6.5 in Denver on Sunday.

Denver Broncos Under 17.5 Points Scored (-113)

Denver had one of the best defenses in the NFL this season, but their offense struggled at times. The Broncos averaged 23.6 PPG this season, which was good enough to secure the top seed in the conference.

With Stidham under center, the Broncos’ offense will likely be less productive. Even with Nix, Denver only had a +90 point differential, which ranked fifth in the AFC.

The Broncos could also be without several wide receivers, including Troy Franklin (hamstring) and Pat Bryant (concussion). Don’t expect Denver’s injury-riddled offense to score over 17.5 points this weekend.

Los Angeles Rams Over 3.5 Points in the 1st Quarter (+110)

Los Angeles is listed at over/under 23.5 points scored this week against Seattle. You can also bet on the Rams to have over/under 3.5 points scored in the first quarter.

The Rams had a +172 point differential this season, the second-highest in the NFL. Matthew Stafford and company scored TDs on their opening drive in both playoff matchups so far. They also dropped 14 points in the first quarter against Seattle in their first matchup.

LA’s offense has started hot in back-to-back games, and this will be Sean McVay’s third crack at a stout Seattle defense. I predict the Rams will score a TD early, covering the 3.5 points needed for this prop bet.

Seattle Seahawks Under 24.5 Points Scored (-132)

The only team with a better point differential this season than the Rams was the Seahawks, who finished the regular season at +191. Seattle’s offense kept rolling last week in its 41-6 thrashing of the 49ers.

LA has a better defense than San Fran, and the Rams excelled at forcing Sam Darnold into turnovers. Darnold threw 14 total interceptions this year, and six of those came in his two matchups against LA.

If the Rams defense can duplicate their success against Darnold, they can derail Seattle’s high-flying offense. LA should hold Seattle under 24.5 points in the NFC Conference Championship game this weekend.
