Five of the 15 games in Week 6 feature a team favored by at least a touchdown. The Packers are the biggest favorite of the week, laying 14.0 points against the Bengals.
The international series continues this week with the Broncos taking on the Jets in London. Denver just dethroned the undefeated Eagles, and they are laying a touchdown against the only winless team left in the league.
There is not one but two Monday Night Football games this week. Atlanta is getting 3.5 points as they welcome the Bills to town. Then, the Commanders are laying 4.5 at home against the Bears.

Week 6 NFL Picks
Let’s take a closer look at my Week 6 NFL picks, using the latest odds available at the top NFL betting sites this weekend.
Best Week 6 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)
Pittsburgh won its international game in Week 4, improving to 3-1 before its bye last week. Cleveland lost in London and opted not to have a bye after its international game. Their lack of rest will cost the Browns (1-4) this week, and I am choosing Pittsburgh (-260) to win in my NFL picks for Week 6.
The Patriots ended the Bills’ undefeated season in dramatic fashion and are now just half a game behind Buffalo in the division standings. New England is a -188 favorite on the road in New Orleans against the 1-4 Saints, who just earned their first win of the season. The Patriots’ offense will keep rolling this week and improve to 3-0 on the road.
Speaking of the Bills, they are in prime time again this week against Atlanta. The Falcons were on a bye last week but are underdogs despite being well-rested. Buffalo needs a reset, and they will get it this week with a win over the Falcons in Atlanta.
Week 6 NFL Picks ATS
The Jets (0-5) are the lone remaining winless team in the NFL after their 37-22 loss at home to the Cowboys. New York is getting a touchdown this week against the Broncos in London, and I think they are the best NFL pick against the spread this week. Denver is just 1-2 ATS as a favorite this season, and I believe the Jets can cover the 7.0-point spread in London this week.
Indianapolis is also favored by a touchdown this week as the Colts (4-1) are set to host the Cardinals (2-3). Arizona has lost three straight games, and Indy has earned three of its four wins by 21 points or more. Indy’s offense will put together another high-scoring game this week against a Cards’ defense allowing the fifth-most passing yards (254.2 YPG) this season.
The Rams (4-1) are laying 7.0 against the Ravens (1-4) in Baltimore. Injuries have derailed the Ravens’ title hopes this season, and they lost by 34 points last week against Houston. LA’s offense is averaging 401.8 YPG, the second-most in the league, and the Rams should cruise to a double-digit win this week.
Best Week 6 NFL Upset Picks
San Francisco was a 5.5-point underdog in the Week 5 odds, but the 49ers pulled off an upset last week in LA to improve to 4-1. The 49ers are +133 underdogs this week on the road in Tampa Bay. Both teams are traveling from the West Coast, but the 49ers had more time to rest, and the Buccaneers’ heavy travel schedule will catch up with them this week.
Tennessee (1-4) earned its first win of the season last week, taking down the Cardinals. The Titans are +200 underdogs on the road against the Raiders (1-4) this weekend. Las Vegas was blown out last week, and Geno Smith’s struggles will cost Las Vegas the win again this week.
The Bears (2-2) were on a bye last week, giving them extra time to prepare for their MNF showdown with the Commanders (3-2). Washington took advantage of the Chargers’ miscues last week to pull off the comeback win. Chicago won back-to-back games before its bye, and the Bears will extend their winning streak to three games with an upset win over the Commanders in Week 6.
NFL Week 6 Predictions
Dallas earned its first road win of the season last week, beating the Jets in New York. Now, they are -176 favorites over the Panthers (2-3) in Carolina. The Panthers have been frisky, but they will fall short of upsetting the Cowboys this week.
Seattle lost in a shootout last week, falling 38-35 at home after a costly Sam Darnold interception late in the game. The Seahawks hit the road this week, taking on the Jaguars (4-1) in Jacksonville. Seattle (+101) is 9-1 in its last 10 road games, and it will pick up another road victory this week.
Green Bay (-1300) is the biggest favorite of the weekend, laying 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals in a battle of teams that have not won since Week 2. The Bengals traded for Joe Flacco, but the veteran has to learn the Bengals’ offense before he can start. Whether it is Flacco or Jake Browning under center, the Packers should be able to win this week.
