Baltimore is the biggest favorite of the weekend, laying 11.0 points at home against the Browns. The Ravens need a bounce-back win after blowing a 15-point lead in their season-opening loss to Buffalo.
New Orleans, Tennessee, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, and the Jets are all home underdogs this week. Miami is the smallest home favorite of the weekend, laying just one point against the Patriots.

Best Week 2 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)
I picked Dallas to cover in my NFL Week 1 predictions. The Cowboys fell short of upsetting the Eagles, but they easily covered the spread. Dallas (-270) should secure its first win of the season against New York, which managed just 231 yards of offense last week, the fifth-fewest in the NFL in Week 1.
Pittsburgh opened the Aaron Rodgers Era with a win over the Jets at MetLife. Now, Rodgers and company are a -168 favorite against the Seahawks for their home opener. Seattle struggled against the 49ers, and their lack of offensive production will continue this week in a loss against the Steelers.
Los Angeles secured an upset of the Chiefs in Brazil and now has a chance to start 2-0 against divisional opponents. The Chargers are laying 3.5 points on the road against the Raiders. This should be a close matchup with first place in the AFC West on the line, and the Chargers will win.
Week 2 NFL Picks ATS
Five teams are getting six or more points ahead of their Week 2 matchups. No one is a bigger underdog than Cleveland, which is getting 11.0 points on the road in Baltimore. The Ravens have a history of choking away big leads, and the Browns’ defense should allow them to cover the spread this week.
The New York Jets are another underdog with a great chance to cover. Buffalo is coming off an emotional win, and this is a classic trap game for the Bills. The Jets had 182 rushing yards last week and should have another productive day against a Buffalo defense that allowed over 230 yards rushing to Baltimore.
Carolina is also getting 6.5 points as the Panthers travel to Arizona to face the Cardinals. Arizona’s offense stalled out in the second half last week in the team’s win over New Orleans. If that happens again, the door will be open for Carolina to secure the backdoor cover on Sunday.
Best Week 2 NFL Upset Picks
The Colts demolished the Dolphins last week, beating Miami 33-8. Denver also won, but the Broncos’ offense struggled to sustain offensive drives. Indy is a small underdog at home, and the momentum from last week should carry them to the upset win.
Kansas City is also a home underdog for its Super Bowl 59 rematch with the Eagles. Philadelphia’s defense barely contained Dallas last week. The Chiefs will capitalize on the Eagles’ defensive struggles and secure a win this weekend.
The Buccaneers secured a comeback win over Atlanta last week, thanks in large part to rookie Emeka Egbuka’s two touchdown catches. Tampa Bay is an underdog this week against the Texans in Houston on MNF. Houston’s offensive struggles cost them against the Rams last week, and they will hurt the Texans again this week against the Bucs.
NFL Week 2 Predictions
Cincinnati is a -192 favorite against Jacksonville at home this weekend. If the Bengals win, they will secure the first 2-0 start of Joe Burrow’s NFL career. The Jaguars looked strong against the Panthers, but the Bengals will be the ones improving to 2-0 on Sunday.
The Rams’ defense led them to a win over Houston in Week 1. LA’s offense could be in for another tough day against Tennessee, but their defense will harass rookie Cam Ward on every snap. LA (-265) will pick up the win on the road this weekend.
San Francisco is another NFC West team that will get a road win this week. The 49ers face the Saints in New Orleans, and San Fran is a -235 favorite. New Orleans’ offense struggled against Arizona’s defense, and they will have an even tougher time against the 49ers this week.
