Your Week 18 NFL picks start with two matchups on Saturday that will decide the winners of the NFC South and NFC West. The Buccaneers (-2.5) and the Seahawks (-1.0) are favored over the Panthers and the 49ers, respectively.
Sunday’s 14 matchups include multiple exciting lines, too. The AFC South and AFC North titles will both be decided. Jacksonville is a -12.0 favorite to beat the Titans and secure the South, but the Texans (-10.0) could swoop in if the Jags slip up.
On Sunday Night Football, the Ravens (-3.5) take on the Steelers in a winner-take-all matchup for the AFC North.

Week 18 NFL Picks
There are no TNF or MNF matchups this week, but the top NFL betting sites have great odds for all 16 matchups taking place on Saturday and Sunday. Here are my favorite bets for the last week of the regular season.
Best Week 18 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)
Dallas cannot make the playoffs, but that did not stop them from beating the Commanders’ wire-to-wire last week, easily covering their Week 17 odds. The Cowboys (-225) have another chance to beat up on a bad team this week against the Giants, who have lost nine of their last 10 games. Dallas will win, starting the early speculation that next year is their year.
Kansas City has lost five straight games but is a -275 favorite against the Raiders this week. Las Vegas is one of the few teams with a longer losing streak than KC, having lost 10 in a row. Both teams are relying on backups at key positions, including QB, but the Chiefs still have the coaching edge and should win against a Raiders’ team with every incentive to lose.
Baltimore (-199) is a road favorite in Pittsburgh in the final game of the regular season. The Ravens could be without Lamar Jackson, but they will not need him to beat the Steelers. Derrick Henry should have another impressive performance and lead the Ravens to another AFC North title.
Week 18 NFL Picks ATS
New England dominated the Jets last week, taking down New York 42-10 at MetLife. The Patriots are favored to cruise to a win again this week, laying 11.0 points against the visiting Dolphins. With a chance at the number one seed on the line, the Pats should easily take down the Quinn Ewers-led Dolphins.
Cleveland is getting 7.5 points on Sunday against Cincinnati. When these teams met in Week 1, the Browns nearly pulled off an upset but lost 17-16. Cleveland’s defense, which includes future single-season sack record holder Myles Garrett, will be highly motivated this weekend and can keep the game within a touchdown.
Los Angeles opened as a 7.5-point underdog this week in Denver. Then the team announced Justin Herbert will not play in Week 18, and the line ballooned to 13.0 points. The Broncos offense has struggled lately, though, and the Chargers can cover the spread even with a backup under center.
Best Week 18 NFL Upset Picks
Carolina upset Tampa Bay in Week 16, but they could not win last week to lock up the division. Now, the Panthers are +122 underdogs in their rematch with the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay has lost seven of its last eight games and should not be favored over anyone, including the Panthers.
New Orleans (+135) is also an underdog against an NFC South opponent this weekend. The Saints take on the Falcons, who just upset the Rams. Half of the Saints’ (6-10) wins have come against divisional opponents, and they will pick up their fifth straight win this weekend.
Detroit (8-8) has just one divisional win this season, a 52-21 victory over the Bears in Week 2. Chicago’s defense has been great at forcing turnovers, but it has also given up nearly 25.0 PPG this season. A vengeful Lions team hoping to end the year on a high note will hand the Bears a second straight loss to end the regular season.
NFL Week 18 Predictions
Seattle (-121) is a slight road favorite against the 49ers this week with the NFC West title on the line in San Francisco. The 49ers won this matchup in Week 1, but the Seahawks have been the better team this season. Sam Darnold will lead Seattle to a win and the number one overall seed on Saturday.
Green Bay (+230) is a road underdog against the Vikings in Minnesota this weekend. The Packers have lost three straight games, and Minnesota’s defense has been playing lights out. If Jordan Love can come back this week, though, Green Bay has a significant QB advantage against Max Brosmer and the Vikings.
Houston (-550) is a massive favorite over the Colts this weekend. Indianapolis has not won since its bye week, and the Texans are playing for a chance to win the division. Houston’s defense will overcome the team’s offensive struggles again, leading the Texans to a win.
