Only three weeks remain in the regular season, but there is still plenty of time to bet on your Week 16 NFL picks. This week’s schedule starts with a must-see battle on Thursday between 11-3 teams for the top spot in the NFC West. Also, there are two Saturday games with massive playoff implications.

I discuss my top NFL predictions for this week’s matchups in the guide below. In addition to giving my picks for each game, I also highlight my favorite wagers of Week 16.

The Rams and Seahawks square off on TNF with first place in the NFC West on the line. Los Angeles won the first matchup, and it is a 1.0-point road favorite in the rematch this week.

There are also two Saturday games this week. The Eagles (-305) are home favorites against the Commanders (+235), while the Packers (-113) are slight road favorites over the Bears (-107) in Chicago.

Sunday’s 12-game slate features multiple exciting matchups, including the first look at the Chiefs without Patrick Mahomes. Despite not having their starting QB, Kansas City is a 3.5-point favorite on the road against the Titans.

Week 16 TNF Best Bet: Colby Parkinson Anytime TD Scorer (+230)

Icon of football
  • Colby Parkinson has six TDs in the last six games and is averaging a career-high in receptions per game.
  • Davante Adams reaggravated his hamstring injury and is unlikely to play this week, opening the door for Parkinson in goal-line situations.
  • Parkinson had a five-catch, 75-yard game last week and should be a go-to target for Stafford again on a short week.

This week’s matchup between the Rams and Seahawks on TNF could easily be the game of the week. Both teams are 11-3, and the winner will take the lead in the NFC West with only two games remaining.

These teams are evenly matched, and their first matchup was decided by a missed field goal. The line for this game is also close, with the Rams a 1.0-point favorite on a short week.

Colby Parkinson helped the Rams win that game, catching one of Matthew Stafford’s two TD passes in the 21-19 victory. Parkinson was productive last week, too, racking up 75 yards and two TDs on five catches.

Davante Adams, who leads the league with 14 TD receptions, re-injured his hamstring and will likely be out for this game. Parkinson has been a reliable target for Stafford, reeling in six TDs in the last six weeks. He is listed at +230 to score this week against his former team.

Parkinson had a TD against Seattle in Week 11, and he will need to score again to make up for Adams’ absence.

Best Week 16 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)

Icon of football

Back-to-back embarrassing losses to the NFC North have put the Cowboys’ (6-7-1) playoff hopes in jeopardy. Even with their recent skid, Dallas is a -134 favorite against the visiting Chargers this weekend. Dallas is desperate, but they can overwhelm the Chargers and get a much-needed win by leaning on their explosive passing attack.

Denver extended its winning streak to 11 games and maintained control of the top seed in the AFC with its upset win over the Packers last week. Now, the Broncos are -177 favorites against the visiting Jaguars. Trevor Lawrence had a career day against the Jets last week, but Denver’s stout defense will force Lawrence to regress to the mean and secure the team’s 12th consecutive win.

The 49ers are -285 favorites against the Colts on Monday Night Football this week. Philip Rivers looked all of 44 years old in his first action in five years last week. San Fran’s defense will step up this week against Rivers and help the 49ers win their fifth straight game.

Week 16 NFL Picks ATS

Icon of football
  • Philadelphia Eagles -6.5 (-110) – Bet now!
  • Cleveland Browns +10.0 (-112) – Bet now!
  • Detroit Lions -7.0 (-105) – Bet now!

The Eagles ended their three-game skid by dismantling the Raiders in a 31-0 blowout, easily covering their Week 15 spread. Philadelphia is laying 6.5 points this Saturday as a road favorite against the Commanders. Washington officially shut Jayden Daniels down for the season, and Marcus Mariota will not be able to cover the spread against Philly this weekend.

Another team on my NFL picks against the spread this week is Cleveland, which managed just a field goal in the frigid winter weather in Chicago last week. The Browns are 10-point underdogs at home this weekend against the Bills. Cleveland has been better at home, and Buffalo is coming off a major win, so the Browns should cover the spread in a potential trap game for the Bills.

Detroit has alternated wins and losses since Week 5, and they stuck to that pattern with their 41-34 loss in LA last week. The Lions were outscored 24-10 in the second half of that loss. On the bright side, the Lions, who are favored by 7.0 points, are set up for a crucial home win this week against a Steelers team that is 1-3 against the NFC this season.

Best Week 16 NFL Upset Picks

Icon of football
  • Carolina Panthers (+138) – Bet now!
  • New York Jets (+183) – Bet now!
  • Tennessee Titans (+159) – Bet now!

Carolina had a chance to secure first place in the NFC South last week but fell short against the Saints. Now, the Panthers (7-7) are +138 underdogs at home against the Buccaneers (7-7). Both teams have struggled lately, but Tampa is 2-6 in its last eight games, giving Carolina a great chance to win at home.

The Jets are listed as +183 underdogs in New Orleans this weekend. New Orleans has won back-to-back games, but three of their four wins this season have been against NFC South opponents. The Saints have also not beaten an AFC team all season, and the Jets can keep that streak going this weekend.

Tennessee is a +159 home underdog against Kansas City on Sunday. The Chiefs will be without Patrick Mahomes, who tore his ACL and LCL in KC’s loss last week. Even with Mahomes, the Chiefs had lost three straight games, and the Titans have been competitive lately, giving Tennessee a chance to pull off the home upset.

NFL Week 16 Predictions

  • Seattle Seahawks (-108)
  • Philadelphia Eagles (-300)
  • Chicago Bears (-107)
  • Carolina Panthers (+138)
  • Buffalo Bills (-525)
  • Dallas Cowboys (-134)
  • New York Jets (+183)
  • Minnesota Vikings (-168)
  • Tennessee Titans (+159)
  • Arizona Cardinals (+126)
  • Denver Broncos (-177)
  • Detroit Lions (-330)
  • Houston Texans (-1100)
  • New England Patriots (+140)
  • San Francisco 49ers (-285)

Green Bay’s loss in Denver last week cost them the top seed in the NFC North, and Micah Parsons tore his ACL. With Parsons out, the Packers will struggle to slow a Bears’ offense that has won five of its six home games this season. The Bears are slight underdogs at -107, but they should even the season series with the Packers this week.

Atlanta rocked the boat with an upset win over the Buccaneers last week, and they are -153 road favorites in Arizona in Week 16. Arizona’s explosive offense has averaged nearly 360 YPG since Jacoby Brissett became the starter. If the Cardinals’ offensive line can slow down Minnesota’s blitz, Arizona has a great shot at upsetting the Vikings this week.

New England’s 11-game winning streak came to an end after the Pats gave up a 24-7 halftime lead last week. Drake Maye and company are +140 underdogs against the Ravens in Baltimore this weekend on SNF. Maye and the Pats are undefeated on the road, and the Ravens are struggling, so New England should not be overlooked in this prime-time matchup.
