Week 13 kicks off with a three-game slate of Thanksgiving Day games. The Lions (-2.5) host the Packers, Kansas City (-3.0) visits Dallas, and the Bengals take on the Ravens (-6.5) in prime time. On Black Friday, the Eagles are laying 7.0 points against the visiting Bears.
Sunday’s schedule is full of exciting matchups, too. The biggest favorites of the week are the Seahawks and the Chargers. Seattle is favored by 9.5 at home against Minnesota, while Los Angeles is laying 9.0 points in their divisional matchup against Las Vegas.
Washington is the biggest home underdog of the weekend. The Commanders are getting 6.5 points for their Sunday Night Football matchup against the visiting Broncos.

Best 2025 NFL Thanksgiving Bet: Kansas City Chiefs Win (-174)
- Dallas’s defense allows 28.5 PPG and 377.5 YPG
- The Chiefs’ offense averaged 376 YPG, fifth-most in the NFL
- Patrick Mahomes has 250+ passing yards in eight straight games
The Cowboys came back from down 21-0 to beat the Eagles 24-21 on Sunday. Unfortunately, for the Cowboys, their two-game winning streak is likely to come to an end on Thursday.
Kansas City is a -174 moneyline favorite in Dallas this week. The Chiefs also led a comeback on Sunday, scoring 14 unanswered points to beat the Colts 23-20 in OT. Their offense should have a much easier time moving the ball this week against the Cowboys.
Dallas’s defense is 29th in yards (377.5) and 31st in points (28.5) allowed per game. KC has struggled to put points on the board, but its offense has racked up yards. Patrick Mahomes has at least 250 passing yards in eight straight games.
KC’s defense, on the other hand, has held opponents to an average of fewer than 300 total YPG this season and has surrendered 18.3 PPG.
Mahomes and company should slice and dice a porous Dallas pass defense. The Chiefs’ defense will shut down the Cowboys’ passing attack, allowing KC to pick up a much-needed win on a short week.

Here are the rest of my NFL picks for Week 13, courtesy of the top NFL betting sites.
Best Week 13 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)
Miami has won three of its last four games, including a 16-13 win over Washington in Madrid before the team’s bye last week. The Dolphins are -285 favorites this week against the Saints (2-9). Extra rest is exactly what De’Von Achane needed to prepare for a matchup with New Orleans’ rushing defense, which allows over 120 rushing YPG.
Another favorite who should win this week is Atlanta, which is listed at -141 against the Jets in MetLife. Kirk Cousins only had 199 passing yards last week, but he led the team on five scoring drives in their Week 12 upset. If Cousins can repeat that performance against a Jets defense allowing 26.5 PPG, the Falcons will secure another road win this week.
The Bills and Steelers both lost last week, but Buffalo had extra time to prepare after its TNF matchup with Houston. Josh Allen and company are -204 favorites in a must-win game against a Pittsburgh team that could be without Aaron Rodgers again this week. The Steelers have the fifth-worst total defense, allowing 364.5 YPG, and have no hope of stopping Allen and the Bills on Sunday.
Week 13 NFL Picks ATS
Kicking off my NFL picks against the spread this week is Minnesota +9.5 against the Seahawks in Seattle. Sam Darnold has seven interceptions and three fumbles in his last five games. Darnold’s turnover issues will keep the Vikings in this game, allowing Minnesota to, at worst, secure a backdoor cover.
Denver is a 6.5-point road favorite on SNF against the Commanders. Washington is likely to be without Jayden Daniels again this week, and the Broncos have one of the best defenses in the NFL. Denver’s pass rush, which leads the league with 49 sacks, will shut down Marcus Mariota and lead the team to a win by at least a touchdown.
The Giants are getting 7.5 points this week against the Patriots in Foxborough on MNF. New York’s offense has been more explosive with Jameis Winston under center, including forcing the Lions to OT last week. Assuming Winston starts again this week, the G-Men should keep this game within 7.5 points against a Pats defense that struggled against the Bengals last week.
Best Week 13 NFL Upset Picks
Chicago has won eight of its last nine games, including four straight. The Bears are +250 underdogs in Philadelphia this week against an Eagles team that allowed 24 unanswered points in their loss last week. The Eagles’ struggling offense will cost them again this week as the Bears secure a road upset.
Houston is also an underdog on Sunday, with the Texans available at +183 against the Colts. Indianapolis led 20-9 against KC entering the fourth quarter but lost 23-20 in OT. The Colts will lose again as the Texans’ defense shuts down Jonathan Taylor and forces Daniel Jones into multiple costly mistakes.
Las Vegas is a +360 road underdog against the Chargers at SoFi. The Raiders are desperate for a win after losing five straight games, and LA, which has been riddled with offensive injuries, could be the perfect opponent. The Chargers looked dreadful in their 35-6 loss before their bye, and their struggles could cost them another game this week.
NFL Week 13 Predictions
Green Bay is a +120 underdog on Thanksgiving against a struggling Lions team. Detroit is 3-3 in its last six games, with the offense struggling against stout defenses. The Packers have a great defensive line, and their pass rush will lead Green Bay to the season sweep of the Lions this week.
Cincinnati gets Ja’Marr Chase (SUS) and Joe Burrow (Turf Toe) back this week, but the Bengals will be without Tee Higgins (Concussion). The Bengals take on the Ravens in Baltimore on Thanksgiving. Baltimore has won five straight games, and it will light up the 32nd-ranked Bengals defense in a prime-time win.
Jacksonville can move one step closer to a playoff spot and keep the pressure on Indy in the AFC South race with a win over Tennessee this weekend. Trevor Lawrence and the Jags are -340 road favorites. The Titans are the only team in the NFL with fewer than two wins, and that will not change this week.
