Week 10 NFL Picks

Let’s take a closer look at my favorite NFL Week 10 bets available at the top NFL betting sites.

Best Week 10 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)

Icon of football
  • Carolina Panthers (-255) – Bet now!
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-155) – Bet now!
  • Los Angeles Rams (-192) – Bet now!

Carolina did more than just cover their +13.0 Week 9 odds when the Panthers upset the Packers and won outright. Now, Bryce Young and company are -255 favorites over the Saints this weekend. Carolina’s running game will carry the Panthers to their fourth home win of the season.

Another favorite to bet on this week is Tampa Bay, which is listed at -155 against New England. Both teams have just two losses, but the Buccaneers had a bye last week to prepare for the visiting Patriots. New England has won six straight and is 4-0 on the road, but their luck runs out this week in what should be a shootout in Tampa Bay.

The Rams (6-2) dominated the Saints last week, cruising to a 34-10 home win. Los Angeles hits the road this week against San Francisco (6-3) in a must-win game for both teams. The 49ers won the first matchup, but they have lost multiple starters since then, and LA will get its revenge this weekend.

Week 10 NFL Picks ATS

Icon of football
  • Atlanta Falcons +5.5 (-111) – Bet now!
  • Miami Dolphins +10.0 (-113) – Bet now!
  • Detroit Lions -9.0 (-109) – Bet now!

Atlanta nearly pulled off the upset over New England last week thanks to Drake London’s three TD performance. They head to Berlin this Sunday to take on a Colts (7-2) team that also lost on the road on Sunday. International games can be challenging to predict, but I expect the Falcons’ offense to build on their momentum from Sunday and keep the game within 5.5 points.

Miami is also an underdog this week, getting 10.0 points against the visiting Bills. Buffalo beat the Dolphins in their first matchup, and the Bills are coming off their regular-season Super Bowl, a win over KC. This has the makings of a classic trap game for the Bills, and Miami will keep the score within single digits.

Detroit is laying 9.0 points this week as road favorites against the Commanders. The Lions need a major win to get the taste of last week’s loss out of their mouths. Washington, on the other hand, lost multiple starters in their MNF loss, including QB Jayden Daniels, and will lose by at least 10 in this NFC Divisional Road rematch on Sunday.

Best Week 10 NFL Upset Picks

Icon of football
  • Minnesota Vikings (+178) – Bet now!
  • Cleveland Browns (+110) – Bet now!
  • Pittsburgh Steelers (+133) – Bet now!

J.J. McCarthy led Minnesota to an upset win over the rival Lions last week. McCarthy and the Vikings are +178 underdogs at home against the Ravens in Week 10. Baltimore’s defense will be tested this week, and I believe the Vikes will have a game plan to exploit the Ravens’ weaknesses and secure another upset win.

Cleveland (2-6) is a +110 underdog against the Jets (1-7) this Sunday. Both teams had a bye last Sunday, giving New York extra time to celebrate its first win of the season. The Browns’ offense is bad, but their defense has been outstanding at times and will be the reason Cleveland wins on the road this week.

Pittsburgh shocked the Colts last week, taking a 24-7 fourth-quarter lead and earning a win over the number one seed. The Steelers are +133 underdogs this week against the Chargers in LA. Los Angeles’s injury-depleted offensive line will not be able to stop Pittsburgh’s pass rush this week, and the Steelers will get another upset win this Sunday.

NFL Week 10 Predictions

  • Denver Broncos (-500)
  • Indianapolis Colts (-265)
  • Carolina Panthers (-255)
  • Chicago Bears (-198)
  • Jacksonville Jaguars (+103)
  • Buffalo Bills (-550)
  • Minnesota Vikings (+178)
  • Cleveland Browns (+110)
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-155)
  • Los Angeles Rams (-192)
  • Detroit Lions (-450)
  • Pittsburgh Steelers (+133)
  • Philadelphia Eagles (+121)

Denver (7-2) looks to maintain its lead in the AFC West with a crucial TNF matchup against the Raiders (2-6). Neither team has a win in the division yet this season, but the Broncos should change that this week. Las Vegas lost in OT last week, giving them even less time to prepare on a short week against a team that is simply better than them.

Chicago’s defense has no-showed two weeks in a row, but Caleb Williams and company did enough last week to beat Cincinnati 47-42. The Bears should have an easy time taking down the Giants this week, especially since New York is without its best offensive skill players in Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo.

Houston’s offense failed to deliver again last week, and the Texans lost at home 18-15 against Denver. CJ Stroud also entered concussion protocol and could miss this week’s AFC South showdown against the Jags. If Stroud is out, then the Jags should secure the win on Sunday.
