Four of the eight divisions have already been clinched, but the other half are still up for grabs entering Week 18. The AFC North, NFC South, and NFC West will all be decided in winner-take-all games this weekend, and you can bet on them using top NFL betting sites.
Jacksonville, on the other hand, is a -1100 favorite to win the AFC South, and can clinch the division title with a win over Tennessee. Houston (+700) must beat the Colts and have the Titans pull off an upset over the Jaguars to steal the division title in the final week.

Odds to Win Each NFL Division in 2025

2025 AFC North Odds

The Steelers had a chance to clinch the AFC North in Week 17, but they fumbled the bag against the Browns. Now, Pittsburgh is an underdog at home in Week 18 against Baltimore with the division title on the line.
Neither team has been great this season, but the Ravens have been the better of the two down the stretch. With that being said, Pittsburgh did take down the Ravens in Baltimore in Week 14. Sweeping the Ravens is easier said than done, though.
The Ravens could be without Lamar Jackson for this division-deciding matchup, but Tyler Huntley has proven to be a capable backup. Not having Jackson could be good news for the Ravens, as it forces them to rely more on Derrick Henry.
With the division title and a playoff spot on the line, the Ravens will come out on top in this win-or-go-home matchup in Week 18.

The only division title on the line without a head-to-head matchup in the final week is the AFC South. Jacksonville (12-4) is the -1100 favorite to clinch the South this week.
Houston (11-5), on the other hand, is a +700 underdog.
Both the Jaguars and the Texans face easy matchups against the Titans and the Colts, respectively. However, Jacksonville has the easier path to a title.
Tennessee (3-13) is the worst team in the division, and the Jaguars control their own fate. Houston, conversely, needs to beat the Colts (8-8) and have the Jags lose on Sunday. While not impossible, it is highly unlikely that Jacksonville drops a game to Tennessee with so much on the line this week.

Tampa Bay is the betting favorite to beat Carolina this weekend and secure the NFC South title. The Buccaneers started the season 5-1, but they have only won two of their 10 games since.
Carolina (8-8) has the better record, including a win over the Bucs in Week 16. That win came in Charlotte, and beating the Bucs in Tampa will be a much more challenging task. Carolina has just three road wins this season, and only one against a divisional opponent.
The Bucs are far from trustworthy as a home favorite. Tampa Bay has lost seven of its last eight games and is 3-4 at home this season.
Neither team is trustworthy, but the Buccaneers only have one win in the second half of the season. Carolina, even as a road underdog, is the better bet to clinch the NFC South this weekend.
2025 NFC West Odds

The other NFC division up for grabs in Week 18 is the West. San Francisco hosts Seattle, with the winner claiming the division title. The winner will also be the top seed in the NFC going into the playoffs.
San Francisco is an even-money underdog to win the division title on their home turf. They beat the Seahawks in Week 1 and have won six straight games heading into this matchup.
Seattle (13-3) has also won six games in a row entering this winner-take-all matchup. The Seahawks’ offense has a clear edge against an injury-riddled 49ers’ defense. They are also 7-1 on the road this season, and sport the biggest point differential, +181, in the league.
Sam Darnold and the Seahawks will get the job done this weekend, beating San Fran and claiming the top spot in the NFC West.

Philadelphia clinched the NFC East with its Week 16 victory over the Commanders. With the win, the Eagles became the first team in over 20 years to repeat as NFC East champions.
Chicago was the next team to clinch a division title, claiming the NFC North before they even took the field in Week 17. The Bears had a chance to earn the number one seed, too, but came up short in a shootout against the 49ers.
Denver and New England also claimed division titles in Week 17. The Patriots clinched the AFC East when the Bills lost to the Eagles. Likewise, the Broncos became AFC West champions when the Chargers lost to the Houston Texans.
