2025 NFL Division Winner Odds
See the table below for the current NFL division odds for the 2025 season, courtesy of BetUS.
Division | Favorite | Prediction |
---|---|---|
AFC East | Buffalo Bills (-325) | Buffalo Bills (-325) |
AFC North | Baltimore Ravens (-160) | Cincinnati Bengals (+250) |
AFC South | Houston Texans (+105) | Jacksonville Jaguars (+275) |
AFC West | Kansas City Chiefs (-115) | Kansas City Chiefs (-115) |
NFC East | Philadelphia Eagles (-145) | Washington Commanders (+215) |
NFC North | Detroit Lions (+145) | Green Bay Packers (+250) |
NFC South | Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-110) | Atlanta Falcons (+225) |
NFC West | San Francisco 49ers (+160) | Seattle Seahawks (+500) |
Top NFL betting sites list Buffalo (-325), Baltimore (-160), Houston (+105), and Kansas City (-115) as favorites to repeat as division winners in the AFC this year. Houston is the only favorite in the AFC listed at plus-money odds.
It is a similar story in the NFC, with Philadelphia (-145), Detroit (+145), and Tampa Bay (-110) all favored to win their respective divisions again this year. The only new favorite is San Francisco (+160), which finished last in the NFC West last year with a 6-11 record.

Odds to Win Each NFL Division in 2025
Let’s take a closer look at the updated NFL division winner betting lines for the 2025 season.
2025 AFC East Odds
Team | Odds to Win AFC East |
---|---|
Buffalo Bills | -325 |
New England Patriots | +550 |
Miami Dolphins | +700 |
New York Jets | +1600 |
The Bills, led by reigning MVP Josh Allen, are -325 favorites to repeat as AFC East champions. Buffalo has won the East each of the last five seasons. They are the heaviest preseason favorite of any team to win their division.
New England is a distant second in the latest AFC East division winner odds at +550. Miami and the Jets round out the division at 7-1 and 16-1 odds, respectively.
Despite the odds, the Dolphins are arguably the biggest threat to Buffalo’s reign atop the division. If healthy, Miami’s explosive offense can, weather permitting, compete with any team in the NFL.
With that said, the AFC East is the Bills’ division to lose. I think Buffalo will close its final season at its current stadium with a sixth consecutive division title.
2025 AFC North Odds
Team | Odds to Win AFC North |
---|---|
Baltimore Ravens | -160 |
Cincinnati Bengals | +250 |
Pittsburgh Steelers | +500 |
Cleveland Browns | +3000 |
A late surge by Baltimore, combined with an utter collapse by the Russell Wilson-led Steelers, allowed the Ravens to win the AFC North last year. The Ravens are a -160 favorite to win the division for the third straight year.
Cincinnati is a close second at +250 odds. The Bengals’ offense is outstanding, but their defense was one of the worst units in the NFL last year. Pittsburgh (+500) and Cleveland (+3000) round out the North.
The Steelers and the Browns somehow have worse quarterback situations this year than they did last season. So, the AFC North will come down to the Ravens and Bengals.
Both teams started slow last year, but the Ravens were able to turn it around in time to cruise to a division title. Cincinnati is doing everything it can to avoid another slow start. If the Bengals can hit the ground running, they should win their first division title since 2022.
2025 AFC South Odds
Team | Odds to Win AFC South |
---|---|
Houston Texans | +105 |
Jacksonville Jaguars | +275 |
Indianapolis Colts | +350 |
Tennessee Titans | +700 |
Houston has the lowest odds of any favorite in the AFC to win its division at +105. The Texans struggled with injuries last season, limping into the playoffs with a 10-7 record.
Jacksonville and Indianapolis are a close second and third at +275 and +350, respectively. Tennessee, led by first overall pick Cam Ward at quarterback, has the longest odds at 7-1.
The South is the easiest division in the AFC, and 10 wins should seal the crown. Jacksonville has a new offensive guru at head coach in Liam Coen, and an exciting two-way star in rookie Travis Hunter.
Houston, on the other hand, is already battling injuries and the season has not even started. The Texans also traded away their best offensive lineman this offseason. With that in mind, I think the Jaguars will dethrone the Texans this year.
2025 AFC West Odds
Team | Odds to Win AFC West |
---|---|
Kansas City Chiefs | -115 |
Los Angeles Chargers | +300 |
Denver Broncos | +300 |
Las Vegas Raiders | +1400 |
The Chiefs are coming off one of the worst Super Bowl beatdowns of all time. They also failed in their quest for a three-peat, and the Super Bowl hangover could be lethal.
Despite that, KC is a -115 favorite to win its 10th consecutive AFC West crown. The Chargers and the Broncos, who were playoff teams last season, are tied for the second-best odds at 3-1 each. Las Vegas is a distant fourth at +1400 odds.
Losing a Super Bowl, especially losing the way KC lost Super Bowl 59, is usually a sign that a team is going to take a step back. This Chiefs team still has a great defense, though, and the best quarterback in the league, Patrick Mahomes. KC will hold onto its AFC West title for at least one more season.
2025 NFC East Odds
Team | Odds to Win NFC East |
---|---|
Philadelphia Eagles | -145 |
Washington Commanders | +215 |
Dallas Cowboys | +550 |
New York Giants | +2500 |
Speaking of Super Bowl 59, the reigning champion Eagles are listed as -145 favorites to win the NFC East this season. Philadelphia won the division last year, but no team has repeated as champions of the NFC East in two decades.
Washington has the best odds to knock off Philly at +215. The Cowboys are next at +550, with the Giants lagging far behind at 25-1 odds.
Dallas has plenty of star power in its passing game, but its running game is questionable at best. Also, the longer Micah Parsons’ contract talks drag on, the lower Dallas’s chances of winning the division will be.
Philadelphia has its own issues, too, as the pressure to repeat last year’s dominance will be high. Washington, on the other hand, is in a great position to take a step forward if it can get Terry McLaurin signed to a new deal. I believe the Commanders will win the NFC East this season.
2025 NFC North Odds
Team | Odds to Win NFC North |
---|---|
Detroit Lions | +145 |
Green Bay Packers | +250 |
Minnesota Vikings | +325 |
Chicago Bears | +475 |
The NFC North is arguably the toughest division in the NFL. So, it comes as no surprise that Detroit, which is listed at +145, has the longest odds of any favorite to win its division. The Lions won the North last year with a 15-2 record, narrowly edging out Minnesota (14-3).
Green Bay has the second-best odds in the North at +250. The Vikings (+325) and the Bears (+475) are not far behind in the latest NFL division winner odds.
Detroit lost both its coordinators and will likely take a step back this season. Likewise, after losing their starting quarterback to free agency, I doubt Minnesota will replicate its success from last year.
That leaves Green Bay and Chicago to compete for the division title. Caleb Williams is in a better position this year, but the Bears are not ready to win the NFC North. Jordan Love, on the other hand, should be healthier this year and prepared to win his first division crown as a starter.
2025 NFC South Odds
Team | Odds to Win NFC South |
---|---|
Tampa Bay Buccaneers | -110 |
Atlanta Falcons | +225 |
Carolina Panthers | +400 |
New Orleans Saints | +1400 |
The Falcons collapsed in the second half of last season, giving Tampa Bay just enough time to turn its season around and win the NFC South. BetUS lists the Buccaneers as -110 favorites to win the South for the fifth year in a row.
Atlanta has the second-shortest odds at +225, followed closely by Carolina (+400). The Saints, who are now led by first-time head coach Kellen Moore, have the lowest odds at 14-1.
Tampa Bay was swept by Atlanta last season and needed a lot of help to win the division. Michael Penix Jr. should be an improvement over the version of Kirk Cousins who suited up for the Falcons last year. It will be the Falcons, not the Bucs, who win the NFC South this year.
2025 NFC West Odds
Team | Odds to Win NFC West |
---|---|
San Francisco 49ers | +160 |
Los Angeles Rams | +170 |
Arizona Cardinals | +450 |
Seattle Seahawks | +500 |
Finally, the 49ers (+160) are slight favorites over the Rams (+170) to win the NFC West. Arizona (+450) and Seattle (+500) are a distant third and fourth, respectively.
Los Angeles won the division last year, but the Rams needed a lot of help to do it after their 1-4 start to the season. Starting quarterback Matthew Stafford is also dealing with a back injury that is preventing him from practicing.
Injuries were a major part of San Francisco’s 6-11 season last year. They should be healthier, but I doubt the 49ers will overcome their offseason losses and win the division.
Instead, I am picking the Seahawks to win the NFC West this season. Seattle signed Sam Darnold in free agency to replace Geno Smith under center. They also brought in Cooper Kupp to pair with Jaxon Smith-Njigba, giving Seattle an underrated one-two receiver punch if everyone stays healthy.
Best NFL Division Winner Value Bets for 2025
The Chiefs have been the safest division winner pick for nearly a decade, and I think they will make it an even 10 consecutive AFC West titles.
Cincinnati, conversely, has one of the best offenses in the NFL. If the Bengals can get Trey Henderickson and first-round pick Shemar Stewart on the field at the same time, they may avoid having the worst defense in the league. That alone will be enough for Cincy to win the AFC North.
In the NFC, I like the Falcons (+225) and Seahawks (+500) to pull off upset wins in their respective divisions. Atlanta would have won the NFC South last year if not for a total collapse by its offense. Seattle, on the other hand, will need to count on Sam Darnold to recreate the magic from his 14-win season last year in Minnesota.
