The #4 Georgia Bulldogs are the biggest favorites of the weekend, laying 43.0 points against Charlotte. Georgia had a huge win last week over Texas and will look to continue its dominance this weekend against a one-win 49ers team.
Other heavy favorites this week are #1 Ohio State (-31.5) and #9 Notre Dame (-35.5).
On the other side, #25 Houston is the smallest favorite of the week, laying just one point against TCU. #11 BYU (-2.5) and #15 Georgia Tech (-2.5) are also favored by less than a field goal this week against Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, respectively.
In addition to the games listed above, #3 Texas A&M faces Samford, and #10 Alabama faces Eastern Illinois. However, odds are not yet available for these matchups.
There are four AP Top 25 teams with byes this week, including:

Straight Up/ML Picks
The Sooners picked up a major win in Tuscaloosa, moving Oklahoma up from 11th to 8th in the AP Rankings. Now, the Sooners host #23 Missouri, which has lost three of its last five. The Tigers are 0-3 against ranked teams, and Oklahoma (-320) will hand Mizzou its fourth loss of the season this week.
Texas dropped seven spots to #17 after failing to cover its Week 12 odds in a road loss to a top-five-ranked Georgia team. The Longhorns are -370 favorites this week against the Razorbacks. Arkansas is 0-6 against SEC opponents this year, and Texas should cruise to a win on Saturday.
#24 Tulane is a -320 road favorite against Temple this weekend. The Green Wave is tied for the best record in the American Conference at 8-2, but they need to win out to keep pace with Army (8-2). Tulane’s offense averages over 400 YPG, and they will hand the Owls their third straight loss.
Best ATS Picks
My top ATS pick of the week is for #16 USC to cover +10.0 against #6 Oregon in a clash of ranked Big Ten teams. The Trojans’ run defense has been suspect this year, but their pass defense allows under 200 YPG. These teams are both in the Top 10 for PPG this season, and I think USC can keep it within single digits against the Ducks this week.
#12 Vanderbilt, which averaged over 38 PPG, is laying 10.0 points at home against Kentucky this weekend. The Commodores are 4-2 in conference play this season, while the Wildcats are 2-5 against SEC opponents. Kentucky is 0-4 against ranked teams, and its three-game winning streak will end in blowout fashion this week.
Rice is getting 18.0 points against #22 North Texas this weekend. The Mean Green is 9-1 and ranked in the AP for the first time since 1959, but they did not make the cut for the CFP poll. North Texas averages the most points in college football, 45.3 PPG, but its poor run defense will allow Rice to cover the 18.0 points this weekend.
Top CFB Upset Picks
2025 is a lost season for the 3-7 Gators, but that has not stopped Florida from competing. The Gators already played spoiler against Texas, upsetting the Longhorns in the Swamp and nearly taking down Georgia, too. All three of Florida’s wins have come at home, and they can end Tennessee’s slim playoff hopes with another upset this week.
Pittsburgh was briefly ranked but dropped out of the Top 25 after an embarrassing loss at home to Notre Dame last week. The Panthers are +114 underdogs this week against #15 Georgia Tech. Pitt should be extra motivated after a week of criticism following their loss and can upset the Yellow Jackets.
Cincinnati is a home dog this week, listed at +112 against the visiting #11 BYU Cougars. Neither team can afford a loss if they want a chance to make the Big 12 title game. The Bearcats have lost back-to-back games, but their offense will bounce back this week with a major win over BYU.
Top Week 13 College Football Prop Bets
The best NCAAF betting sites list #1 Ohio State as 31.5-point favorites against Rutgers this week. Ohio State could cover, but a spread of 30+ points is always risky. Instead, I recommend this prop for the Buckeyes -7.5 in the first quarter, as their explosive offense should give them a big lead early.
Another alternate total prop to target this week is #4 Georgia over 30.5 points in the first half. The Bulldogs are laying 43.0 points against Charlotte (1-9) this week. Georgia needs to win with style to keep its #4 spot, and they should put up 31+ points in the first half.
Notre Dame climbed to #9 after a dominant win over an unmotivated Pitt team last week. The Fighting Irish take on Syracuse (3-7) this week and should have another huge win. Notre Dame will score over 42.5 points this week against an Orange team that allows over 430 YPG.
