The latest NFL Conference Championship odds are out at online sportsbooks, and New England and Seattle are the betting favorites ahead of Sunday’s matchups. The Patriots are on the road, but they will face a Broncos team without its starting QB.

Seattle, on the other hand, will take on the Rams for a third time this season. Continue reading to see updated lines and my NFL Conference Championship predictions.

Los Angeles Rams vs. Seattle SeahawksRams (+123) vs. Seahawks (-149)Seahawks -2.5 (-114)

Denver held off Josh Allen and the Bills, but it cost the Broncos their starting QB. Bo Nix suffered a season-ending ankle injury, putting the AFC’s top seed in serious jeopardy this weekend.

With Nix out, it is no surprise that Denver is a 4.5-point underdog this week against the visiting Patriots.

In the NFC, the Seahawks host their divisional rival, the Rams. These NFC West teams split their regular-season meetings, but Seattle is a 2.5-point home favorite heading into this weekend’s game.

Lucky Rebel has competitive lines for every NFL game, including this Sunday’s Conference Championship Games. You can read our in-depth Lucky Rebel review to find out more about this top-rated sportsbook.

Best Divisional Round NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)

  • New England Patriots (-245)

The Patriots have lucked out with their playoff matchups so far this postseason. An injury-riddled Chargers team was no match for New England in round one. Then, the Pats faced a Houston team that had C.J. Stroud playing the worst football of his professional career.

New England’s good fortune continued with Bo Nix going down last week. Without their starting QB, the Broncos will be at a major disadvantage against the Pats this weekend.

Drake Maye and company were the only team to finish with a perfect road record this season. Mile High is one of the toughest stadiums to play in, but the Broncos aren’t nearly as formidable without Nix in the lineup.

Denver’s once-dominant defense has also struggled lately. They held opponents to 18.3 PPG in the regular season, but the Broncos have allowed 30+ points in two of their last three home games. If Maye can exploit similar holes as the Jaguars and the Bills, New England will cruise to a win this weekend.

NFL Conference Championship Picks ATS

Icon of football
  • New England Patriots -4.5 (-112)
  • Los Angeles Rams +2.5 (-106)

New England won its first two playoff matchups by at least 12 points, and the Pats’ defense has held opponents to 9.5 PPG this postseason. With Denver turning to Jarrett Stidham at QB, the Pats defense is well-positioned for another dominant showing on Sunday.

The Pats are favored by 4.5 points against Denver. New England has a +170 point differential this season, the highest in the AFC, and should roll the Broncos this weekend.

Los Angeles is getting 2.5 points against Seattle in this year’s NFC Championship Game. The Rams and the Seahawks split their regular-season meetings, with both games decided by three points or less.

LA’s defense accounted for six of Sam Darnold’s 14 interceptions this season. If the Rams’ defense forces Darnold into another multi-turnover game, they can cover the 2.5-point spread as road underdogs on Sunday.

Best NFL Conference Championship Upset Picks

  • Los Angeles Rams (+123)

Los Angeles won its first two playoff games by a total of six points, and Matthew Stafford leads all remaining QBs with 562 passing yards in this year’s playoffs. Kyren Williams also leads all remaining RBs with 144 rushing yards this postseason.

Stafford only had 130 passing yards against Seattle in Week 11, but the Rams won. He racked up 457 passing yards in the Week 16 rematch, but LA came up short 38-37 in OT.

A major difference for Stafford and company this time around will be the presence of Davante Adams. The veteran WR led the NFL with 14 receiving TDs but missed the Week 16 showdown with Seattle.

Seattle needed multiple two-point conversions and several questionable calls from the officials to split with LA in the regular season. The Rams are healthier, and the officiating should be better this weekend in theory. With that in mind, the Rams (+123) are the best upset pick in the latest NFL Conference Championship lines.

NFL Conference Championship Predictions

Icon of football
  • New England Patriots (-245)
  • Los Angeles Rams (+123)

With only two games on the NFL Conference Championship schedule, bettors have limited options to wager on this week.

New England vs. Denver is the first game up on Sunday. The Pats are 0-2 against the Broncos in AFC title games played in Denver. However, thanks to Bo Nix’s injury, I believe the Patriots will end their losing streak in Denver this weekend.

As divisional opponents, the Rams and Seahawks are familiar with each other, to say the least. In their regular-season meetings, neither team was able to defend its home turf.

Sam Darnold also struggled in both games, totaling six interceptions against the Rams this season. Two of the Seahawks’ three losses this season also came at home. If Darnold continues to struggle against the Rams’ defense, LA will pull off the upset on Sunday.
