Week 4’s NFL picks include the first early international game of the season. Seattle and Arizona square off on Thursday Night Football. Then, Minnesota and Pittsburgh kick off Sunday’s games at 9:30 a.m. in Ireland.

There is also a double-header this week on Monday Night Football. I discuss the latest odds and break down my top Week 4 NFL picks in the guide below.

Buffalo was the biggest favorite in the odds for Week 3, laying 12.0 points against Miami. The Bills are the heaviest favorites again this weekend at -16.0 for their game with the Saints.

Pittsburgh is the designated home team for this weekend’s international game, but the Steelers are 3.0-point underdogs against the Vikings. Minnesota dominated the Bengals last week, but they still have questions at quarterback with Carson Wentz under center.

Speaking of Cincinnati, they are heavy underdogs at +7.0 in their MNF clash with the Broncos in Denver. The Jets and Dolphins also square off on Monday, and the victor will secure their first win of the season.

Week 4 NFL Picks

Without further ado, here are my NFL picks for Week 4 using the latest odds from the best NFL betting sites

Best Week 4 NFL ML Picks (Straight Up)

Icon of football
  • Los Angeles Chargers (-285) – Bet now!
  • San Francisco 49ers (-182) – Bet now!
  • Green Bay Packers (-330) – Bet now!

The Chargers solidified their spot at the top of the AFC West with their third division win in as many weeks. Los Angeles is a -285 favorite this week against the Giants in MetLife this weekend. Justin Herbert and company will beat the G-Men in Jaxson Dart’s first start to improve to 4-0.

Next on my Week 4 NFL predictions are the 49ers, who are available at -182 to beat the Jaguars in San Fran this week. The 49ers’ injury woes have resurfaced this season, which is a concern. However, Christian McCaffrey has remained healthy thus far, and he will lead San Fran to a home win this week.

Finally, I think the Packers (-330) will bounce back from their embarrassing loss last week and take down the Cowboys. Dallas also lost on the road in Week 3, falling 31-14 to the Bears. This should be a revenge game for Micah Parsons, and I expect the talented pass rusher to lead Green Bay to a road win against his former team.

Week 4 NFL Picks ATS

Icon of football
  • New Orleans Saints +16.0 (-111) – Bet now!
  • Tennessee Titans +7.0 (-112) – Bet now!
  • Cincinnati Bengals +7.0 (-104) – Bet now!

The Saints are the biggest underdog of Week 4, getting 16.0 points against the Bills in Buffalo. New Orleans lost 44-13 in Seattle last weekend in a game that was not nearly as close as the final score suggests. Despite the Saints’ struggles, this has the makings of a trap game, and I believe New Orleans can cover.

Another underdog who can cover the spread this week is Tennessee. The Titans are getting a full 7.0 points against the 0-3 Texans this week. Houston’s offense has been dreadful, and this should be a low-scoring divisional game.

Cincinnati is also a 7.0-point road underdog for their matchup against the Broncos. The Bengals’ turnover issues cost them in their 48-10 loss to Minnesota in Week 3. Denver’s defense should force multiple turnovers as well; however, the Broncos’ offense makes it tough to trust them to cover the touchdown spread.

Best Week 4 NFL Upset Picks

Icon of football
  • Indianapolis Colts (+160) – Bet now!
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+154) – Bet now!
  • New York Jets (+126) – Bet now!

The Colts (3-0), the Buccaneers (3-0), and the Jets (0-3) are the three teams I believe can secure an upset this week.

Indianapolis’s surprising 3-0 start has the Colts firmly in control of the AFC South division. If Daniel Jones can continue to play mistake-free football, the Colts have a chance to upset the Rams this week in LA. The Rams’ loss to the Eagles is the type that can linger and cost them another game this week.

Speaking of Philadelphia, they are road favorites this week in Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers will be without Mike Evans, who hurt his hamstring in their Week 3 win, but I still believe they can pull off the upset. Jalen Hurts is just 1-4 against the Bucs, including a loss in Tampa last season.

The Jets (+126) are searching for their first win of the season, and they have a great chance to get it against Miami. Both teams are 0-3, but New York nearly pulled off a road upset against the Bucs last week. If the Dolphins’ offensive issues continue for another week, the door will be open for the Jets to pull off the upset.

NFL Week 4 Predictions

  • Seattle Seahawks (-111)
  • Minnesota Vikings (-158)
  • Washington Commanders (-144)
  • Buffalo Bills (-1500)
  • Detroit Lions
  • Houston Texans (-375)
  • New England Patriots (-265)
  • Los Angeles Chargers (-285)
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+154)
  • Indianapolis Colts (+160)
  • San Francisco. 49ers (-182)
  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Chicago Bears (-105)
  • Green Bay Packers (-330)
  • New York Jets (+126)
  • Denver Broncos (-385)

The Carson Wentz-led Vikings are -158 road favorites against the Steelers in Ireland this week. Minnesota’s offense will regress to the mean this week, but I still think the Vikings will beat Pittsburgh. Aaron Rodgers and company will struggle against a stout Vikings defense.

Washington (-144) is a road favorite against the Falcons (1-2) this weekend. The Commanders could get Jayden Daniels back, and even a limited Daniels should be enough to win. Atlanta is coming off an embarrassing shutout loss to Carolina, and they will lose again this week.

Finally, I think the Bears can extend their winning streak to two games by taking down the Raiders this week. Chicago’s offense has looked better over the last weeks. Las Vegas, conversely, is seemingly unable to use Brock Bowers and Ashton Jeanty effectively.
