Extremely disappointed with sloto cash. Can’t believe that they prioritize deposit policies over ethics. When I contacted them to ask why I received a magazine full of expired offers today? They asked me to answer the trivia questions and I said what trivia questions? They said the ones in the magazine. Then told me to inform myself and get back to them. I told them that the codes that weren’t expired and we’re supposed to be free offers wouldn’t work and said that they require a deposit and they said to get back to them when I have the answers. I got back to them after reading the dumb magazine and searching for the answers to their questions and finding them which took me a little bit of time and effort but was pretty proud of myself once I got it all together and got back to them. Excited to receive my reward, i instead was insulted with being told I have to make a deposit. I made multiple deposits this year, a few just a month or two ago and it was told that I need to make a deposit. I don’t care if I’ve redeemed free offers since. You guys jerked me around and made me go out of my way and do a bunch of dumb little petty games before you’ll tell me that I have to make a deposit.
