2022 WinnerMillion Casino Review

Online casinos are hit or miss.

We like reviewing casinos we’ve not seen before. We’re curious to see if they bring something new to the table. Do they have unique games or offers? Do they put a new spin on a bonus or VIP program we’ve not seen before?

For every casino that fits this description, nine don’t. Worse yet, one or two casinos of that nine actually sit on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. They bring nothing new to the table. Their offers and terms suck, and they often have a bad reputation in the industry.

The casino we’re reviewing today – WinnerMillion.com – fits the latter description.

We tried to give them a chance. But they started off badly, and every time we see something positive, it’s quickly countered by something negative. It’s not pretty.

You’ll learn all about it, including both the pros and the cons we found in our review. We took the same approach to this review as we do all others. We pull no punches and tell you like it is. That’s because you deserve the truth. How else will you join the best casino for you otherwise?

With that in mind, our review starts in the next section. Continue reading to see why we don’t care for WinnerMillion.com. You’ll also want to see if they’re a good fit for you.

We doubt it, but you never know.

WinnerMillion Casino Basic Information

We didn’t find a lot of details about WinnerMillion or the company that runs them. The few details we did find don’t put them in the best light.

The most important detail we found is that they temporarily lost their Curacao license. A Curacao license isn’t impressive to begin with. But then they lost it because they temporarily offered pirated NetEnt games.

The players who discovered this came to this conclusion when they noticed that WinnerMillion’s NetEnt games were being served on a fraudulent server. The domain was a knockoff of an existing domain that also happened to be registered in Russia. This is where many fraudulent gaming companies reside.

WinnerMillion.com denied knowing anything about it. They say they were duped by a third-party software supplier.

Who knows if that’s true? It’s hard to trust them regardless, especially when other reports suggested that WinnerMillion was promoting games to UK residents without a UKGC license.

Then you have their predatory, vague, and non-existent terms and conditions and non-existent support. We cover what we found in both areas later on.

For now, it appears that they have their license back. They’re also offering legit NetEnt casino games. This is good news, but only time will tell if they can keep their act together.

Restricted Countries – Who Can’t Play

WinnerMillion.com doesn’t list which countries are prohibited from joining their casino. What they list instead are the countries that can’t play NetEnt and other select games. The following is a list of those countries.

Countries that can’t play NetEnt games:

  • Afghanistan
  • Albania
  • Algeria
  • Angola
  • Australia

  • Netherlands
  • Peru
  • Poland
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Sweden

That’s the closest we were able to get to a list of prohibited countries. There are a couple of flaws here that we want to point out.

For one thing, these lists don’t help anyone get an idea of whether or not they can play here. Go to any legit casino, and you’ll see that, while you may be banned from NetEnt games, you can still sign up and play games from Microgaming or Playtech.

This brings us to our next problem.

Our other problem with these lists is that some people might look at them and think that players from the United States can still sign up and play, just not the NetEnt games. That’s completely false, simply for the fact that no legit casino is allowed to offer Microgaming games to US players.

You see what we mean?

These terms are vague and confusing at best and misleading at worst. It’s not the greatest way to start a relationship with your players.

The Casino

Let’s talk about WinnerMillion’s casino next. We’ll be the first to admit it – their casino is one of the few positive things about them. It’s arguably the aspect that matters most, too, apart from the safety of the site, of course.

WinnerMillion.com has more than 425 casino games for you to choose from. They come from a variety of software providers that includes heavy hitters like those in the list below.

  • BetSoft
  • NetEnt
  • Microgaming
  • Tom Horn Gaming
  • MrSlotty Games
  • GameArt
  • Playson
  • Ezugi

We say heavy hitters, but some of these software providers are new to us. We haven’t heard of Tom Horn, MrSlotty, or Playson before. We’re hoping this will translate into some unique game options.

Speaking of options, you’ll find a little bit of everything here. WinnerMillion.com offers slots, table games, video poker, live dealer games, and more.

The one thing we didn’t find is a useful navigation bar. Your only options are “All,” “New,” or “Live Casino.” You can also filter games based on software provider, but that’s not very useful if you don’t know who makes what.

We did our best to find their games, though. In the following sections, you’ll see specific examples of the games we found and what we like and dislike most about them.

Table Games

The following are some of the table games we managed to dig up at WinnerMillion.com.

  • BlackJack
  • Single Deck Blackjack
  • High Limit Classic Blackjack
  • European Roulette
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Oasis Poker
  • American roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Mini Roulette
  • Gold Series Roulette
  • Double Exposure Blackjack
  • Mini Blackjack
  • Spanish Blackjack
  • TXS Hold’em
  • Baccarat
  • Red Dog Progressive

There were several low/high limit variations of some of the titles above, as well as duplicate titles from other software providers.

As is, this isn’t a bad list of games. There’s a good variety here between blackjack, roulette, and the other table games. They also offer live dealer games, which we’ll talk about in second.

There could be more games, but we couldn’t find any by manually entering game titles in their search bar.

While we were there, we checked out a couple of their table games. Each game we played worked as it should. The graphics were top-notch, too. The blackjack game we played was as realistic-looking as animated games get.

As for stakes, you should expect to find table limits as low as €1. The max table stakes will vary quite a bit between the game and software provider that made it. You should have no problem finding games with maximum limits of €50-€500, though.

Overall, this is a decent table game section. WinnerMillion covers the bases.

Video Poker

The following are all the video poker games we found.

  • Double Joker Poker
  • All American
  • Deuces Wild
  • Jacks or Better
  • Joker Wild

That’s not a very large selection.

We tried to open up a couple of their games to see if there were any hidden titles. At previous casinos, we’d opened an All American or Deuces Wild machine and found several more unique games to choose from.

The problem we ran into is that we were only able to launch one game – the Double Joker Poker. Other than that though, we had no luck.

It’s hard to say if this is an issue on our end or theirs.

The good news is that the Double Joker Poker machine was the neatest video poker machine we’ve seen. The graphics have a steampunk feel to it. You can see a bunch of gears inside the machine, too, which was very cool. If anything, it’s worth checking out for the graphics.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to play the other games, but we have played them at other casinos. So, if you can get them to work, you should have no problems with how they work. The graphics will range from ugly to average, but that’s standard for video poker.

The stakes for these games usually start at €0.01 to €0.05 per coin. We recommend you play all 5 coins, so you’ll bet anywhere from €0.05 to €0.25 per hand at a minimum.

The bottom line – their video poker selection isn’t anything special. They cover the basics, nothing more.

Slots

Considering the software developers WinnerMillion.com works with, you have a good reason to get excited if you’re a slots player. They have more than 275 machines for you to choose from.

Here are some of the titles you can play here.

  • Magic Portals
  • Robin Hood: Shifting Riches
  • Warlords Crystals of Power
  • Starburst
  • Secret Code
  • Victorious
  • Vikings Treasure
  • Zombies
  • Wonky Wabbits
  • Dazzle Me
  • Guns N’ Roses
  • Fantasini: Master of Mystery
  • Theme Park: Tickets of Fortune
  • Claws vs. Paws
  • Lucky Pirates
  • Secrets of Atlantis
  • Alice in Wonderslots
  • Space Lights
  • Kingdom of the Sun: Golden Age
  • Marioni Show
  • Treasures of Tombs
  • Viking Gods: Thor and Loki
  • Clover Tales
  • Jack and the Beanstalk
  • Blackbeard’s Quest
  • Dracula
  • Hook’s Heroes
  • Hammer of Thor
  • Jungle Spirit
  • Elements: The Awakening
  • F.L. Hansel & Gretel
  • Finn and the Swirly Spin
  • Wall Street
  • Thrones of Persia
  • Dracula’s Family
  • Fruits of the Nile
  • Happy Jungle Deluxe
  • Lucky Reels
  • Thunder Reels
  • And more!

There are lots more where these came from, too.

The first thing we noticed is how diverse their slots selection is. You can choose slots based on different themes, such as animals, music, fables, holidays, and more. Then there are progressive slots, slots with bonus rounds, wilds, and mini games.

We’re fans of the slots revolving around fairytales, such as Hansel & Gretel and Red Riding Hood. We also like the machines that revolve around Dracula and other horror stories.

Our biggest complaint here is that there’s no great way to sort through their machines. Even something as simple as having the option to filter based on theme, type of machine, or features would be a huge help.

That’s the extent of our complaints, though. We were pleased with WinnerMillion’s slot section overall. We think you will be, too.

Live Dealer Games

WinnerMillion.com offers a live dealer casino, thanks to NetEnt and Ezugi. And unlike their other games, they have a page dedicated to live games. You can find it in their main navigation.

Here are some of the games you can expect to find here.

  • Italian Roulette
  • Blackjack VIP
  • Auto Roulette
  • Standard Blackjack
  • Paris Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Unlimited Blackjack
  • Oracle 360 Casino Roulette
  • Royal Casino Roulette
  • Dragon Tiger
  • Baccarat
  • Knockout Baccarat
  • Keno
  • Bet on Numbers
  • Common Draw Blackjack
  • And more!

Make sure you check out the main lobbies for each software provider. You can do this by choosing a game to play from the live casino page. Once you do that, the software will redirect you to the lobby for that particular provider, and you’ll have more games to choose from.

As for stakes, you can find games for as low as €1. Sometimes you can find live blackjack or roulette games lower than that (€0.20-€0.75). On the upper end, Ezugi’s games will peak at €1,000 or €3,000, and NetEnt’s will peak at €1,000-€10,000 for most table games and €75,000 for roulette.

Overall, we’re surprised with how strong WinnerMillion’s live casino is. They have lots of unique games, several variants, and plenty of stakes and dealers to choose from.

We recommend you give it a shot.

Banking Options

All right, let’s talk about your banking options.

WinnerMillion.com doesn’t have a banking page. They don’t say much about your options or limits in their terms, either.

Here’s the little that they do say.

  • If you’re a non-VIP player that deposited €25-€50, you will NOT be able to cash out more than 10x your initial deposit
  • You cannot make a withdrawal if you do not complete the bonus terms
  • You must play a minimum of 10x your deposit before you can cash out

Those are stiff terms. They’re not player-friendly. You could even say they’re predatory.

That’s all they say about their banking options. We emailed them to see if they would tell us about their banking limits and whether they paid progressive wins out in full.

It’s been more than 5 days, and we have yet to hear back from them.

Bonus Promotions

We’ll be honest, WinnerMillion’s promotions page looked promising at first glance. There are several offers there for new and existing customers alike to claim.

Then we tried to look up their promotional terms and realized something important – they don’t really cover them.

This is a problem because you should know what you’re getting yourself into when you claim an offer. It seems like the only way to get this information is to contact support. This is unreasonable.

We still tried, though. We didn’t hear back from them, which is unfortunate.

When you combine that with the few terms they do have on their site, it becomes clear that it’s probably not in your best interest to claim any of them. There’s a good chance that their bonus terms are just as predatory as their banking terms.

Anyway, the following are all their evergreen offers and the few bonus terms we could find. You’ll have to decide for yourself if claiming their offers is worthwhile or not – assuming you even choose to play here in the first place.

  • Welcome Bonus – You’ll receive a match bonus over your first 3 deposits. Here are the details for each offer.
  • 1st Deposit – Receive a 150% match bonus up to $1,500. You’ll also receive 50 free spins
  • 2nd Deposit – Receive a 200% match bonus up to $1,000
  • 3rd Deposit – Receive a 250% match bonus up to $500
  • Happy Thursdays – Get a 20% match bonus on Thursdays.
  • Weekend Bonus – Get a 200% match bonus on the weekend. You’ll also receive 30% cash back on all your losses over the weekend.
  • Player Referral Bonus – Every friend that you refer that makes a deposit can get you up to $50 worth of free spins.

And that’s it for their offers.

They also have their “VIP Lounge.” To qualify, you’ll need to make a deposit of at least €2,000. You’ll be eligible for a laundry list of perks that include a dedicated manager, exclusive bonuses, bonuses on every deposit, and…that’s it.

That’s not very exciting, is it?

Mobile Friendliness

WinnerMillion.com has a mobile-friendly casino. You don’t need to download anything. You can access their casino from your device’s mobile web browser.

When we checked their mobile casino out, we had more than 250 games to choose from. That’s what they said, anyway.

The mobile casino is well made. The navigation is self-explanatory, and it’s easy to see all their games.

Our one complaint is how they list their games. They list them one at a time, stacked on top of each other in a single-form line. We don’t care for this because it can take FOREVER to scroll through 250+ games. This is especially true since they don’t have any navigation filters.

That’s out only complaint, though. They’ve done a decent job otherwise.

If you got an Apple or Android-powered mobile device, you should have no issues here.

Customer Support

You can contact customer support using the following options:

Envelope
PHONE: +44563786376
LIVE CHAT

It’s cool that they offer phone support. We certainly didn’t see that coming considering everything we’ve seen and read about them thus far.

We sent them an email using the contact form on their site. We asked about their banking limits and bonus terms using the contact form on their site.

Unfortunately, it’s been more than 5 days, and no response yet. It should go without saying that this is unacceptable.

Conclusion – WinnerMillion Casino

What do we think of WinnerMillion Casino?

Well, they do have a few good things going for them. They have more than 450 casino games for you to choose from. You’ll find a little bit of everything in their casino, too.

They also have several offers. You can claim as much as €3,000 in bonuses in your first 3 deposits alone. Then they offer 30% cash back on all your losses over the weekend, which is crazy.

That’s where the good stuff ends, though.

It’s hard to look past the issue of them running pirated games. Knowingly or not, it makes them look bad. It’s also hard to believe them when they say that they had no clue. What, you don’t do your due diligence before working with a company?

Then you have their terms. Their terms aren’t written well, they’re vague, and where they do offer plenty of information, they appear to be predatory.

The bottom line – WinnerMillion.com looks awful in a best-case scenario and predatory in a worst-case scenario. It’s far easier for us to simply say “meh” and toss these guys aside and play at one of the many higher-rated casinos listed on our best casinos page.

In fact, that’s exactly what we’d do. This is what we recommend you do, too.
