Casinoland Review for 2022

Casinoland isn’t the first casino we’ve reviewed from MT SecureTrade Limited. We’ve also reviewed Rizk and Guts Casino. Since both have positive reviews, we went into this review with higher expectations.

And Casinoland didn’t disappoint.

We found a variety of quality casino games and variants that are compatible with desktop and mobile devices. We also found several accessible banking options with reasonable limits and (no) fees.

And that’s only two of the many examples we’re going to share with you today. There’s plenty more to get excited about. We’ll go into detail later on in our review.

However, we’d be liars if we said we thought Casinoland is perfect. That’s not the case at all. We did find a few things we didn’t like or thought they could improve.

And since our goal is to give you 100% honest and unbiased information, you’re going to find out what those things are in just a few minutes.

We don’t think the few negatives we found will stop you from wanting to create an account at Casinoland.

But read our review and find out for yourself.

Basic Information

Casinoland is owned and operated by MT SecureTrade Limited Casinos. They’ve been online since 2015.

They’re licensed through the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC). The latter is known for being relatively strict and for taking player complaints. You’ll have somewhere to turn to if you feel you’ve been wronged.

We don’t anticipate that happening, though.

If MT SecureTrade sounds familiar, then maybe you’ve played at one of the other casinos they own/operate. A few examples include Dunder, Guts, and Rizk Casino.

The Casino

Alright, let’s get into the good stuff.

Casinoland says they offer more than 250 casino games. They come from some of the industry’s best software developers, such as:

  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • Nyx Interactive
  • Play’n GO
  • Quickspin
  • IGT
  • Williams / SG

You’ll find games in every category. You can play blackjack, slots, table games, video poker machines, and even live casino games.

There’s a little bit for everyone here.

You’ll find the specifics below. We’ll show you some examples of games you can play. You’ll also find out what stakes you can play for, how their graphics look, and what devices are compatible with their casino.

There are just two things we need to address before we get into it all.

The first – we reviewed Casinoland using a VPN routed through the United Kingdom. If you play from a different country, keep in mind that some games may not be available to you. It goes the other way, too. There might be games you can play that we couldn’t (see).

We’ll tell you why. Some software developers cannot (by law) distribute their games to certain countries. It’s not the casino’s fault.

The second – we created an account via our VPN. We did this so that we could collect information for this review. Somehow Casinoland caught on and blocked us from using it. We improvised by using other sources and previous experiences for some sections. In other cases, we had to omit information.

We managed to cover the bases pretty well, though. And with that in mind, let’s get into their table games.

Table Games

Here’s what we found in the table games section at Casinoland:

  • Baccarat Pro
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Oasis Poker Pro
  • Punto Banco Pro
  • Red Dog
  • Super Wheel
  • TXS Holdem Pro

That’s not all they have, though. Casinoland just separates their blackjack and roulette games from their table game section.

Here are the blackjack games you can play:

  • Blackjack Classic
  • Blackjack Pro
  • Pontoon Pro
  • Single Deck Blackjack Pro
  • Atlantic City Blackjack Gold
  • Multi-Hand Perfect Pairs BJ Gold
  • Double Exposure Blackjack Pro
  • Premier Blackjack Hi Lo Gold

And these are their roulette games:

  • Premier: High Limit
  • Advanced: High Limit
  • Advanced
  • Advanced: Low Limit
  • Premier: Diamond
  • English Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • American Roulette

And more!

You can also play live dealer games, but we’ll cover those later in a different section.

First, the good news. If you put everything together, there are more than twenty-five table games to choose from. But the bad news? Do the math and you’ll see that more than 80% of this is made up of blackjack and roulette variants.

Our first suggestion for improvement is for Casinoland to add more other games. For example, they could add Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean Stud and 3-Card Poker. There’s plenty more where those came from, too.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t play these games ourselves. Even for free money (without an account). Based on previous experience, though, we’re sure you’ll enjoy the games they do have. They’ve worked well for us in the past.

But what else what you’d expect from Microgaming, NetEnt and Play’n GO?

This goes for stakes, too. We have no idea exactly what limits they have. Past experience tells us that €1-€200 is a safe bet. You shouldn’t be surprised to see table stakes as high as €500 or €1,000, either.

Mobile players should expect fewer options overall. The games we found were heavily weighted towards blackjack and roulette.

Video Poker

Here are the video poker games we found:

  • All American Multi Hand
  • Deuces Wild Multi Hand
  • Joker Poker Multi Hand
  • Jacks or Better Multi Hand

There are a couple more games, but those are duplicates from another software provider.

Our biggest complaint should be obvious. They don’t have many video poker games to choose from. Look at other casinos and you’ll see what we mean. Most casinos offer seven to ten, if not fifteen or more poker machines to choose from.

That said, the good news is that these machines have the multi-hand options built in. You can add a little variety this way, as well as increase the amount you want to spend per round.

Speaking of stakes, we’d expect limits to vary from €0.10 to €25 per hand. This is an educated guess based on past reviews.

Mobile users will have even fewer games to choose from. Your options include Aces & Eights, Aces & Faces and Jacks or Better.

What’s interesting about this is that Aces & Eights and Aces & Faces aren’t available to UK players. We don’t have a VPN on our phone, so we reviewed their mobile selection from the United States.

This just goes to show how much their game selection varies based on where you’re playing from.

Slots

As is the case at most casinos, the slot section is the strongest section at Casinoland. Here are some of the many slots you can play here:

  • The Phantom’s Curse
  • Cleo’s Wish
  • Highlander
  • Phantom of the Opera
  • Mega Moolah
  • Wacky Panda
  • King Tusk
  • Planet of the Apes
  • Ocean Magic
  • Xmas Joker
  • Vampire: Las Vegas
  • Halloween
  • Snow Leopard
  • Moby Dick
  • Zeus: God of Thunder
  • Starburst
  • Hong Kong Tower
  • Cool Jewels
  • Emperor of the Sea
  • Life of Riches
  • Troll Hunters
  • Clue Spinning Detectives
  • Black Widow
  • Kooza Cirque Du Soleil
  • Hellboy
  • Arcader
  • Charms and Witches
  • Lost Vegas
  • Secrets of Atlantis
  • Hot Roll Super Times
  • Book of Dead
  • Jimi Hendrix
  • Michael Jackson: King of Pop
  • The Wild Chase
  • King Kong
  • Dragon Dance
  • King of Slots
  • S.H: The Hunt for Blackwood
  • Bridesmaids

And more!

There are many, MANY more slot machines to choose from. This list barely scratches the surface.

What we’re impressed with most are all the different themes and types of slots you can play. For example, their filters let you choose from progressive slots and classic slots. The rest are video slots.

Then you have the different themes. For example:

  • Universal Studios Movie Monsters
  • Diamonds
  • Fruit
  • Egyptian
  • Opera
  • Music
  • Fairytales
  • Movies
  • TV shows
  • Celebrities
  • Horror/Halloween
  • Fables
  • Animals

And more!

Our favorite slots are those that revolve around movies, TV shows, comic books, video games and so on. These are called licensed slots. We like playing them because they integrate elements of the show (or whatever it is) into the slot machine’s cutscenes, reels, features, and bonus rounds.

You’ll find many of these slots in brick-and-mortar casinos, too. For example, Bridesmaids is a common slot, as is the Sherlock Holmes. But we’d play any of the Universal Monsters slots, Planet of the Apes, Hellboy, and Game of Thrones.

The progressives are a pretty big deal, too. Especially the Mega Moolah machine. That machine paid out tens of millions in 2017 alone. The first jackpot in 2018 was worth a bit more than €3.6 million.

As we said earlier, there’s a little something for everyone.

You can expect stakes to start at €0.01/line. We didn’t have access to their real money games, and it varies so much, but €5-€10/line on the upper end is a safe bet.

We don’t know how many slot machines are available to mobile users, but we know it’s a lot. We checked them out from the US and there were plenty of slots available. We also saw a few Betsoft titles in the mix, whereas we didn’t see them earlier on their desktop casino (from the UK).

Live Dealer Games

Casinoland offers a live dealer casino, too. Their games come from NetEnt. The games you can play include:

  • Blackjack
  • Blackjack VIP
  • Blackjack Diamond
  • Roulette VIP
  • Immersive Roulette
  • Dream Catcher
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Three Card Poker
  • Ultimate Texas Hold’em
  • Roulette
  • Baccarat

Past experience tells us you can expect stakes to be as low as €0.50-€1 (roulette/blackjack) to as high as €2-€5,000 (table games) and €75,000 (roulette).

We also know that NetEnt is one of the best developers for live dealer games. Their games are high quality and they offer lots of variants and features. We’re confident our readers will like playing their live games.

We also checked them out from our phone. They offer the same game selection, which gets two thumbs up from us.

Banking Options

Here are the payment and withdrawal methods you can use at Casinoland. We’ve also included any fees they charge and limits they have.

Method Fee Deposit Withdraw Limits (per transaction)
Visa 0.00% Yes Yes €10 – €5000
MasterCard 0.00% Yes No €10 – €5000

UseMyServices 0.00% Yes Yes €10 – €5000
WebMoney 0.00% Yes Yes €10 – €5000

Keep in mind that the options available to you will depend on the country you’re playing from.

Most cashouts will clear within one to three business days. They don’t usually charge fees, but keep in mind that’s on a case-by-case basis. And you WILL pay a fee if you make a deposit and fail to roll it over at least once prior to cashing out.

Their max cash out is €5,000 per day (Monday-Friday). Progressive jackpots are excluded from this limit. They don’t specifically say they pay them in full, but that’s the impression we get.

Bonus Promotions

Another area we think Casinoland can do a little better in are their promotions. We’ll talk about what we think they can do better after we cover the details for their current offers.

  • Welcome Bonus – With this promo, you’ll have the opportunity to claim a deposit bonus on each of your first four deposits. Here’s what you can claim on each one:
  • 1st Deposit – 100% match up to €200
  • 2nd Deposit – 50% match up to €200
  • 3rd Deposit – 25% match up to €200
  • 4th Deposit – 25% match up to €200

Claim each offer to the max and you’ll have an additional €800 to play with.

  • Tuesday Spotlight Special – Every Tuesday, Casinoland shines a spotlight on one of their games. When we reviewed them, it was the Sinbad slot machine. They were giving away fifty free spins to use on this machine if you deposited €50 or more.

This is a neat offer because you have an incentive to play each week. Not only that, but you’re forced to play a machine you might not otherwise play. You never know, you just might find a new machine you enjoy playing.

As for their terms –

All their bonuses need to be rolled over 40x before you can cash out. You’ll need to wager bonuses larger than 150% either 45x or 50x.

Keep in mind that their terms are for slots players. Other games will have an adjusted playthrough. There will be betting restrictions, too. You’ll want to read their terms and conditions before you claim any of their offers.

And that’s it for their bonus offers. The biggest thing we’d like to see them do is to simply add a couple more offers. It’d be nice to have a few more incentives for when you’re done with their welcome offer.

That said, they do have a VIP program they call, The Club. Here’s how it works:

There’s a progressive bar at the top of your home page. Each time you complete a spin, the progress bar increases. Once you complete the progress bar, you’ll receive a reward based on your tier.

There are four tiers:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

All players automatically start on the Bronze tier (once you create a real money account).

Here are the prizes you’ll receive for each tier:

  • Bronze: 10 free spins (€0.20 per spin)
  • Silver: 20 free spins (€0.20 per spin)
  • Gold: 6 free spins (€1.00 per spin)
  • Platinum: 8 free spins (€1.00 per spin)

Loyalty tiers reset every thirty days. However, if you moved up during a thirty-day period, you’ll keep that tier for an extra thirty days.

Unfortunately, there are playthroughs on the winnings from your free spins. The good news is that they get better the higher up you go. For example, the playthrough for Bronze players is 40x, but it’s only 1x for Platinum members.

Overall, this is a simple incentive program. There’s nothing wrong with that, though.

Mobile Friendliness

Casinoland Screenshot from iPhone 6 PlusCasinoland offers an instant play casino. You’ll access their casino from your web browser. This applies to all devices.

Their desktop casino is mobile responsive. The casino changes in size depending on your screen size.

You might also be able to play on their responsive casino if you’re on a tablet. We can’t confirm that, though, as we didn’t have a tablet handy for this review.

We tried to use mobile developer tools to test this theory, but we didn’t feel like we could trust the results they gave us.

Their mobile casino is different, though. Their game selection is different, and some sections are sparser than others.

For example, the desktop casino has seven table games, whereas the mobile version only has one. The bright side is that each section has at least a few games in it, so mobile users won’t have to go without. That includes the live casino and video poker section, too.

Their mobile casino worked well on our iPhone 6s. The casino is laid out well, has filters you can use to quickly find the games you want to play and looks great.

We didn’t have an Android or Windows device for this review. But since they use Flash, we know that owners of those devices will be able to play here (to one extent or another), too.

Customer Support

You can contact support using one of the following channels:

Envelope
PHONE: +44 20 3769 6716
LIVE CHAT

The fact that they offer phone support is a big deal. You’d be surprised at how few casinos do. They offer a phone number for Canada, Finland, Germany, Sweden, and International, too. Their phone support is available 24/7.

We sent them an email and they got back to us within a few hours. No complaints from us there.

Conclusion

As we said earlier, we’re fans of Casinoland.com. They have a lot going for them.

For starters, they have a couple hundred games (at least) to choose from. They cover every category, including slots, blackjack, video poker, and loads more.

They also have plenty of banking options with reasonable fees and limits. It sounds like progressives are paid out in full, too.

Those are just a few of the many good things they have going for them. Of course, there are a few things we think they can do better.

We’d like to see more offers. Maybe a couple more bonuses for after you’re finished with their welcome deal. Or, a more sophisticated VIP program.

We also found it frustrating to see how many of their games are (un)available based on where you’re playing from. That’s not Casinoland’s fault, though. That’s up to the software providers.

And… that’s it. The downsides are minor if you really think about it.

The bottom line – the pros far outweigh the cons. We wholeheartedly recommend Casinoland to our readers. If you like what you read above, head on over to Casinoland.com and create your account now.
