Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester United – English Premier League, April 11, 2021

Spurs – and Jose Mourinho – will be desperate for a win against Manchester United on Sunday as it battles to stay in the race for a top-four finish this season.
United seems to have already done just about enough to qualify for the Champions League again but will be keen to add three more points to its tally at the expense of Tottenham.
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester United Odds
This fixture is just one of the Premier League numbers this weekend that pits two evenly balanced teams against each other.
BetOnline has another closely priced game on its hands and has decided that United is the favorite to win. That seems correct to me, but any of the three-match result options can be argued for.
Spurs vs. Manchester United Preview
Spurs have fallen away since the start of the year and now look more like qualifying for the second or third tier of European competition – if that – rather than the Champions League. The 2-2 draw with Newcastle last weekend did nothing to suggest that a top-four finish is possible.
Harry Kane had given Tottenham a first-half lead in that game but could not complete his hat-trick and will now have to find a way through a United defense that has only given up one goal in its last five Premier League games.
Manchester United came from behind to win once again last weekend, as it saw off a spirited challenge from Brighton at Old Trafford. Former United striker Danny Welbeck had given the Seagulls the lead, so Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would have been grateful that he had Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood to rely on to earn the three points.
Both players had actually dropped out of the England squad for the international break fixtures, so it turned out to be doubly fortunate for the Old Trafford side. United will be without Anthony Martial for this one, though. His knee injury may even have prematurely ushered in the end of his season.
My Prediction and Betting Pick
-
Manchester United to Win+144
I still have a problem backing Spurs, as Jose Mourinho’s side lurches from game to game. There seems to be a problem consistently dominating games, and this Manchester United team looks more likely to take the three points this weekend.
Solskjaer can even afford to choose between two top keepers to keep any Tottenham attacks at bay.
