Top Sleepers for the 2021 Pocono Organics CBD 325

Alright, alright. We have a NASCAR Cup Series double-header this weekend at Pocono.

I’ve been looking for the best sleepers for the Pocono Organics CBD 325, which goes down on Saturday. I have a few which you might be interested in.

Although sleeper picks for the NASCAR Cup Series haven’t been doing so good as winners recently, that doesn’t mean that all hope is lost. Sure, Kyle Larson might have hit full-on beast mode right now, but there are still value bets in the odds for the Pocono Organics CBD 325 worth looking at.

Last weekend, I named Aric Almirola to crack the top-10 at odds of +325 as the best bet of the weekend. He was +3500 for a top-3 finish, which I also thought was great value. He just missed out on that, finishing fourth, but he nailed the top-10 in style and made a lot of NASCAR bettors happy in the process.

So, even though Larson won last week, there was still mega value in some of the prop bets. So, let’s see where the smart money is in my sleepers for the Pocono Organics CBD 325 this Saturday, June 26.

Christopher Bell +4000

The first of my top sleeper picks for the Pocono Organics CBD 325 is Christopher Bell.

He’s a chunky price to win, but I’m more interested in his odds to finish in the top-10 (+125). In case you’re wondering, Bell will get you +1000 with a top-3 finish, but his recent form has been sketchy.

9th in Nashville was his best return since 4th in Richmond back in April, but I do think last week’s push will serve him well ahead of Saturday’s race. What’s more, he seems to have a good handle on the track, seeing as he finished 4th here in the 2020 Cup Series.

Bell achieved that under the Leavine Family Racing banner. This season, he’s got Joe Gibbs Racing providing the car, and that just might make all the difference.

Put some pocket change on a top-3 finish for Bell. He is certainly one of the top sleepers for the Pocono Organics CBD 325.

Aric Almirola +5000

Priced at a whopping +12500 to win in Nashville last weekend, Almirola will have been delighted with 4th.

I couldn’t get over the value in his odds then, and am less than gobsmacked to see the bookies pay him more respect this time around. At +5000, I’m not crazy about him winning, but he’s decent value for a top-10 finish at odds of +190.

Almirola has a solid record on this track, hence why I make him one of my best Pocono Organics CBD 325 sleepers out there. He has two top-5s and four top-10s from six starts on “The Tricky Triangle,” with an average finish of 10.33 in that frame.

A great shout if you’re looking for NASCAR longshots ahead of Saturday’s race, but I’d take him for a top-10 over anything else.

Erik Jones +15000

Erik Jones is the Aric Almirola of last week.

What I mean by that statement is that the value in Jones’ odds for the Pocono Organics CBD 325 is incredible. These odds do not match his aptitude on this track.

Don’t believe me? Here’s what Jones’ record looks like in his eight career starts on this track — 3, 8, 29, 5, 3, 2, DNF, 3.

Yup. That’s a serious return for any driver, let alone one that the bookies are pricing up at +15000 to win this Cup Series race.

Jones is +2500 for a top-3 finish and +325 to crack the top-10.

You can find NASCAR odds on the following sites, including prices for top-3 and top-10 finishes. There are some other Cup Series sleepers to check out, although I would suggest keeping the three drivers above in mind.
